Mara thought that this would be it, but Gil managed to kick out before the referee could finish the count. Letting out an annoyed huff, Mara would rise back up onto her feet, looking at the direction of Gil, who had also returned back on her feet.

Breathing out, Mara watched Gil's movements as she charged towards her before leaping up to deliver a crossbody, but Mara could see the move coming, so she would brace herself for her opponent as she would prepare herself to catch her opponent in midair.

If she managed to catch Gil's body when she was about to hit her with a crossbody, Mara would then follow it up by propping one of her knees up before dropping Gil's body back first onto the knee, hitting her with a backbreaker!

At this point, Gil was sure the only thing that could slow her down was a big tub of molasses poured over the ring, she never for a second preserved her energy, which ultimately could come back to bite her, she was already feeling the affect it had on her body, her lungs started to burn, but that was sports, right? She couldn't stop now, Mara was still in this, so she was too!

Gil dove sideways toward Mara, and Mara proved her wrong without knowing it, another thing that could slow her down was a painful knee right to the back, Gil let out a short scream, it hit just right, she felt that one, and she was sure she would feel it for a couple days to come...

Her body tensed, not wanting to move to further any potential injury. Her back seemed to take the heaviest of hits, the most punishment, whether it be though slams or devastating moves like this one, her poor back could never really catch a break.

Catching her opponent when she was trying to do a crossbody and hitting her with a backbreaker, Mara knew that things were going her way so far. After executing the move, Mara would have Gil's body draped over her knee, and she decided to grab her to pull her up, thinking that her back was still hurt from the backbreaker. She wanted to capitalize on this by standing in front of Gil, wrapping her arms around her body before subjecting her to a bearhug.

"I hope you don't mind if I give you a little hug, okay?" Mara said in a mischievous tone as she would begin squeezing Gil's body in the bearhug, making sure to target Gil's back while squeezing her body. In addition to that, she knew that Gil would be having trouble breathing while having her body squeezed like that, and she would keep the hold secure around her opponent's body, looking to weaken her while she tried to come up with her next move.

Gil was folded over Mara's knee, her back felt a sharp pain radiate from the center, all the way down her lower-back, and up to her shoulders. It was already a mismatch physically to begin with, she really couldn't got toe to toe with Mara in terms of power, and an injury would only make that mismatch even worse!

Her groans turned into painful winces, having Mara force her to move up into her arms, getting pressed tightly against her for a bearhug! "AH!" A shrieking scream echoed throughout the arena, her back couldn't take anymore, she was close to tapping, but she couldn't bring herself to end the match, even knowing it was the smart thing to do.

Holding Gil's body in the bearhug, Mara kept squeezing her midsection, aggravating the damage dealt on her back. Even so, Gil refused to submit despite it being the much smarter move here. "You don't want to submit? Fine by me!" After saying that, Mara would adjust her hold around Gil for a bit before she attempted to hoist her opponent's body over and send her down onto the mat with a belly-to-belly suplex.

Releasing Gil's body upon impact, Mara would pick herself up, looking to survey the state of her opponent after executing the move. Hopefully, Gil would be in a much direr state where she could continue building up her dominance before finally ending the match.

Things couldn't get worse, could they? They could, her discomfort wouldn't be alleviated, but elevated, with a slam down onto the mat, again, her back taking the brunt of the brutal hit!

"GAH!" Gil coughed out, she was on the verge of tears, if she didn't tap, she would be risking getting seriously hurt. Her back was already in worse condition than it was when she first took the backbreaker, whatever injury, or strain she suffered, was only getting worse and worse by her own unwillingness to admit she had been beat.

"Mmm...!" Gil whined, rolling onto her stomach, arching her back slightly, sticking her butt in the air to try and find a position that allowed her to find some semblance of comfort. This match was over, it was just a matter of when it would end, now. If it was dominance that Mara was wanting to show, she was doing a fine job of it, making Gil look like easy-pickings!

Gil seemed to be in a miserable condition, and that worked just fine for Mara. Rising back up on her feet, Mara would survey her opponent, seeing her sticking her butt in the air after rolling over onto her stomach. Standing right in front of Gil's head, Mara would grab onto her head before pulling her up onto her knees, preparing her for one final move.

"It's about time we finish this."

Mara told her opponent as she would stuff Gil's head between her thighs before she reached down to her waist. Then, she would hoist her up onto her stomach before throwing her down onto the mat, dropping herself into a sitout position at the same time, bringing her opponent down with a sitout powerbomb, sending her back first onto the canvas. From there, she would go for the pin, holding onto both Gil's legs while making sure that her shoulders were pressed on the mat.

Gil had come to learn that wrestling in L.A.W wasn't exactly the same as some other wrestling establishments, the people here were the furthest thing from shy about their desires. Whether it was to cause pain for their own pleasure, or to dish out humiliation after humiliation even long after the bell had rang out, everyone in L.A.W, herself included, had some style that fell under one of those two categories, at least, she hadn't met anyone who hadn't yet. Despite suffering an injury, one which she wasn't sure of the severity of yet, she considered herself lucky that Mara wasn't exactly someone who was out to go above and beyond to deliver her extra rounds of pain.

"Please... Be gentle..." Gil's head stuffed between her foes thighs, the bend in her back forcing her to wince from the sharp shooting pain soaring up and down from her shoulders down to her hips. Mara wasn't going to deliver extra pain, at least she didn't think so, but she was going to put this away, and prove herself the dominant of the two with this, no matter how it hurt Gil.

BANG.

The mat shook as Gil was driven back first into the mat, a quick scream escaped from her followed by a groan. It was over at least, she could get out of here, she could forget about this match, that is, if her brain would allow her to, or her back for that matter... Gil's legs were held over her head, her shoulders flattened against the mat.

After powerbombing Gil down onto the mat, Mara quickly went for the pin, holding her legs while making sure that her shoulders were on the canvas. Mara could hear Gil asking to be gentle, and she smiled, as if reassuring that there would be no pain after this. At the same time, Mara listened to the referee counting for the pin, and the counts remained unhindered until the third and final count, which cemented Mara's victory over her opponent.

"THREE!"

With that, Mara would let go of Gil's legs and rise back up onto her feet, celebrating her victory and having her arms raised. Due to her being an Ashford with a much better attitude, the crowd reacted to her win rather positively, cheering for her. She smiled, basking in her own victory. She hoped to keep the momentum to build herself up and make her mother proud, and this win would be one step forward for her in this promotion, where competition could be quite intense.

It was another loss in the record-books for Gil. She couldn't say she was suppressed, but she definitely felt she could have done better in this match. She knew she had all the pieces, but she didn't yet have them all in order, so that was the next step: execution of what she already knew.

"Ugh..." Gil slowly got up onto her hands and knees, being careful as she rose up to her feet. "Hope this isn't serious..." Gil rubbed her back, slightly hunched over as to not further strain it. She'd rarely suffered any serious injury like this, cuts and bruises, sure, those were common-place, but torn muscles and broken bones were another thing.

Gil turned to Mara, ignoring her injury for a moment. "Thanks for the match, it was a lot of fun, you really kicked my butt...!" Gil smiled, not holding and ill feelings for the kinder of the Ashford Sisters. "...Oh, and good luck on your future matches, I'm sure you'll really kick some more butt...!" She chuckled, before carefully, and methodically making her way out of the ring and up the ramp.
