It was simply too much for Allen to handle, and being wrenched in the Muta Lock was making it hard for her to think clearly. She was unable to move herself towards the ropes, and resisting seemed futile. It was clear that the only way to escape this was to admit defeat and submit to her opponent. She gritted her teeth, continuing her futile resistance even more, but even she knew that it was useless. It was frustrating, but it was very clear that she only had one choice here.
So, with heavy heart, Allen would tap her hand on the mat, tapping out to Kayla, submitting to her. She cried out in pain as she desperately slapped the mat, and after seeing this, the referee would tell Kayla that the British high-flyer had admitted defeat, and she would need to release her. In the meantime, the official would also call for the bell, ending the match with Kayla's victory.

Re: Allen Riley vs. Kayla Grant - Hit and Run
The longer Kayla fought to keep the hold in place, the more it began to wear on her body. Her muscles grew stiff and sore as she was forced to maintain the position, sweat beading on her sides and brow. With how she had arched herself over backwards, her blood was rushing to her head, causing her face to redden. But Kayla wouldn't back down. She could tell she was close, even if Allen was refusing to break. Even as her arms trembled and she clenched her teeth, Kayla just had to keep this up a little longer!
And at last, the promised moment came. Allen slapped the mat, and, obeying her plea, Kayla let Allen go. She let the Englishwoman go, letting her fall to the ground as she stepped forward. Even if her body was sore, Kayla didn't care. Everything faded from her concerns as she was hit with a rush of the sort she never got tired of. The thrill of victory!
"YES!" Kayla cheered, pumping a fist in the air. The referee came to her side, holding the other arm up in victory as she joined in Kayla's celebrations. Now, as she faced the crowd, the Californian still had a huge grin on her face and both arms hoisted high in the air, basking in their cheers.
"Here if your winner, by submission, KAYLA GRANT!"

Re: Allen Riley vs. Kayla Grant - Hit and Run
Allen was then released from the hold, and she remained on the mat, too tired to even pick up. She could hear Kayla celebrating her victory, and she just closed her eyes and covered her eyes with her arm, letting herself recover from the damage that she took from the hold earlier. It seemed that she was defeated tonight, and there was nothing much she could do about it.
So, as Kayla continued her celebration, Allen would quietly roll herself out of the ring, limping towards the exit where she could make her way to the locker room so that she could do some reflection on herself. The loss was quite a blow to her self-esteem, and she wanted to make sure that she could emerge victorious in her next match.

Re: Allen Riley vs. Kayla Grant - Hit and Run
While Allen had come away from the match with a bruised ego, things were quite to the contrary for Kayla. As she stood celebrating her victory, the Californian felt herself gripped with a surge of confidence like never before! It had been a hard-fought battle, and at times it looked as though she was sunk - but in the end, she'd still triumphed against all odds. Kayla wore her victory with a bright smile, and even after the referee had let her go, she still celebrated, holding her hands high in the air as she paraded around the ring.
Afterwards, Kayla slipped out through the ropes, proceeding on her way backstage. The whole while her head was held high, and she thought back on her previous encounter with Thunder Ryuko. Her devastating loss in that match might have hurt, but it was a wakeup call for Kayla to train even harder and achieve new heights. She'd been giving it her all ever since, determined to prove her opponent wrong. And, by the looks of it, it was working!
