Kyoko Matsumoto: Bloom

LAW's Developmental/Training program for rookies and characters new to wrestling. Participation is optional. Characters can "train" under or be assigned to trainers and other wrestlers. Young Lionesses can "graduate" from the program when you feel they are ready. No weight limits. Full explanation here

Past + Personality
Kyoko Matsumoto grew up in Japan with a loving family and a pretty standard life...all things considered. No freak accident or terrible world-changing event happened to bring her into the world of pro wrestling. She just started watching it one day when she was young and impressionable. Ever since that day, it just stuck with her like super glue. Often, she could be seen curled up in bed watching old wrestling matches while bundled up in the covers with her cat 'Mochi'...Ever since then, she was hooked on becoming a pro wrestler when she grew up. Despite all the aspirations and passion she had, her body wasn't cut out for it...she could barely keep up with the drills done by the women's wrestling team in high school. Something as physically demanding as pro wrestling would leave the girl broken.

However, despite the enormous odds stacked against her, Kyoko pushed on to achieve her dreams so she could one day make her mom and dad proud, although she was already making them proud by just getting through school and her studies...

Eventually, one thing led to another, and Kyoko continued to chase after her dreams. She managed to rack up a few wins and show some promising talent...despite having a record that was more losses than wins...She eventually earned her spot in the big leagues somewhat...well, she at least managed to cut a tryout for a training program called the "Young Lioness" program, which cultivated young talent into the future champion, or at least decently competent, wrestlers of tomorrow's generation. Kyoko was excited...this is where her dream would truly begin...one suplex at a time!!!

Personality: Kyoko is best defined as being an airhead. She's a bit of a ditzy kind of girl...but she's polite, well-mannered, and quite gentle when it comes to talking to others. Despite that, she tends to show off signs of having a tendency to screw up her words. She doesn't go looking for trouble, but-...sometimes, it just finds her in some way, shape, or form. When she's in the ring, not much changes, but she is more serious about it since it's her passion. She's willing to work her tail off to achieve glory and stardom. However, with all that passion comes a bit of confidence...a little too much, at times. She's inexperienced, but she still tries to fight her hardest, proving stubborn in times of great adversity. Finally, she tends to be a bit flirtatious with her words without even knowing it. She'll often hit on someone without the intention of having sex with them, but the words just come out, even during casual situations sometimes.

Strategy: Being a rookie wrestler with only a few MONTHS of total in-ring experience, Kyoko is an absolute NOVICE who doesn't even know what she wants to specialize in. Across the board, her stats barely border on AVERAGE, but she still tries to make it all work. She's not the fastest learner, she's no prodigy, and if anything...she's fighting at a disadvantage because of her body. She's not sick or weak, just small.
