BACKSTORY:
Pearl Fortley was born in Beacon, a small city in New York State, to Paul and Samantha Fortley. She attended public school, where she showed a prowess for athletics. During her 7th grade year, she began to show anger issues, leading to (sometimes violent) outbursts. Her parents signed her up for a local wrestling program in an effort to let her safely vent her anger, to great success. Pearl was enraptured by the sport, quickly becoming invested. It was around this time that she was introduced to LAW. She was obsessed. The showmanship, athleticism, and skill entranced her. Throughout High School she continued wrestling, joining her school’s team, where she was noticed by a LAW recruiter at an interstate competition. Upon graduation, she was offered entry into the Young Lioness program, much to her delight, and that of her parents. She, when presented to opportunity to wrestle in the same circuit as her childhood idols, accepted, and joined the program. Her moveset revolves around usage of her strong legs, supported by auxiliary actions from her limbs
PERSONALITY:
Fortley is a cheerful girl, generally a good sport and a fun time. Always full of energy and enthusiasm m, and often the ringleader in a group activity. Pearl strives to do her parents proud, but more so to be amongst the ranks of her childhood idols.
ATTIRE:
Pearl, in the ring, believes that, as a young lioness, there’s no reason to be too flashy. She wears a tight fitting pair of black shorts, and a matching sports bra hidden under a white crop-top. Her blonde hair features a black headband and is tied in a bun. Though her current outfit is simplistic she has spoken on ideas for a more defining one upon her graduation from the program
