If you had to pick someone who is bad at his job, shows literally no interest at her job and still keeps it, look no further then for Tina Oshiro. Foulmouthed, drinking and lazy , the delinquent from the North makes no secret of her halfassed attempts to do a decent job. Taking bribes, drinking or tweeting in the ring, taking selfies with wrestlers in submission holds is something to be expected from the rogue referee. But be careful. i you bribe her and she finds your opponent hotter then she might work against you.
She knows the rules and actually excelled at her ref training,being one of the best in her class, but used her knowledge just for herself. Mostly drunk, sometimes even smoking, she does'nt care about any rules be it in or outside the ring. Chaos is the name of the game for this Delinquent from the North and if she can get fun, money and maybe some nice hot bodies to grab,then her day was worhwhile.

Fun Fact: Only gets to keep her job because she has suggestive pictures of one of the higher ups of LAW. Who? Well, if he shuts up and let her do what she wants then these pictures are practically nonexistent.
