Winston is an extroverted sort, always networking and making new friends wherever he goes. He's dorky and affable, but also quite shrewd. Intelligent, observant, and a fast talker. All good traits for the businessman and organizer he is.
His quick wit has a chance to fail when he's faced with a beautiful woman or a hunky man, however.

Spoiler
Winston is a member of the Zhuge family, descended from the famed Liang. His father, Kang, was a well-renowned manager, particularly in East Asia, but he also had clients in Europe and the Americas. He had never stepped between the ropes to compete himself, but he was a professional wrestling enthusiast with top-tier analytical skills that formed strategies that brought about many a victory for those who had him in their corner.
Kang was also a great "organizer", though some would call him a fixer. And indeed, he was no stranger to backroom deals: Arranging for opponents to take a fall, for referees to make calls that were favorable to his client, for worrisome rivals to drop out of tournaments, etc. He would pass all of this on to his son, who became a huge wrestling fan himself in his childhood.
Winston wanted to apply that knowledge from the other side of the ropes, however. And throughout his years in school, he would show the makings of an especially bright-minded star, skipping three grades and obtaining many academic honors and awards. Things would not work out the same way in wrestling school, however. He performed well, but an accident in training would result in a neck injury that put an end to his dreams of being a professional wrestler.
But he still had his father's knowledge of the game, and by the grace of God, he was still able to operate normally in his day-to-day life, although with a limit on the athletics. So he devoted himself to managerial work. More upright work; he readily absorbed the details of the dirtier, seedier aspects of wrestling just in case, but resolved to lead a cleaner career. Believing his son ready to make his own mark and turn talents into stars, Kang spoke to a few friends and pulled a few strings to get him employed in LAW.
