Personality
Mario is a severe man in a silly world. He had little patience for the silliness of LAW and its surrounding world, and sees it as his personal goal to be a center of stability in a crazy world. He is highly intelligent and can come off as a bit of a snob at times and rubs those around him the wrong way, but it’s rarely genuine. He has a zero-tolerance policy for annoying crap, and believes being frank with wrestlers is the best course of action.
History: The eldest Yaguchi was something of the black sheep of the family, initially trying to stay far away from wrestling and his family’s legacy. He put his focus into medicine and went on to a career as an esteemed on-call physician in one of Tokyo’s top hospitals. It was a solid, stable life, but when his mother passed away, things changed - her parting wish was that he spend at least a year fulfilling the family tradition and serving wrestlers, giving to the sport. He was suspicious of the idea but decided to give it a shot, and since the LAW was one of the few organizations that could match his salary...

+Isn’t happy with his name. While he’d never push it too far, he prefers that staff remember him as ‘Dr. Yaguchi’.
+Is happily married with a daughter. The quickest way to make him loosen up in any situation is to ask them about him, but beware - he won’t shut up for a while, and you will be shown pictures.

Personality
Luigi’s personality is well-suited for a referee - nonconfrontational, quiet, doesn’t seek the limelight, and prefers to keep situations cool and controlled. He tends to be the voice of reason in most situations, but he can come off as dispassionate at times, especially compared to more energetic people around him. He just doesn’t do ‘hype’ very well.
History The second-born Yaguchi sibling took to wrestling right away, showing an interest in his father’s profession as a referee. He trained for it early and showed great promise, becoming one of the youngest men in history to referee a match at ten. After graduating, he found his way to numerous federations and was quite successful as a referee, appearing in many high profile matches. This eventually led him to the LAW, where he’s currently serving as one of Tension’s few male referees.

+Despite his job being to avoid confrontation, he works out regularly and attends boxing classes, knowing that he needs to move quickly around the ring and take hits now and then.

Personality
Peach is a ball of infectious energy, lighting up every room she enters. Hyperactive and friendly, she’s quick to greet any woman that enters her gym, if a bit overly enthusiastic - she’s been known to get a little handsy with recruits, inspiring talk of backroom ‘initiations’. Still, whatever her side activities may be, there’s little doubt that she loves training and lives for the ring, pushing rookies into a strict regimen and championing their progress.
History
Peach was always going to be a standout in the Yaguchi family. From an early age, it was clear that she would be a tall woman, zipping past her classmates in height and taking on an active, athletic lifestyle. While she embraced the family’s love of wrestling, she also aimed to become a fitness instructor. So she sought a balance between the two, becoming one of Japan’s most noteworthy wrestling trainers, a path that inevitably brought her to LAW.

Personality
Though she tries to hide it behind a sweet veneer, those who know Zelda personally come to the same conclusion sooner or later - she’s a spoiled brat, far too used to getting her way, and she’s willing to do whatever it takes to come out. A manipulator, she tends to look at people in terms of what they can do for her, and what they can bring to the table for her gain. She’s determined, but never in a positive way.
History
Zelda, the youngest of the bunch, was the little princess of the Yageuchi family. Her parents doted on her, her siblings doted on her, and she quickly learned that she could get pretty much everything she wanted with a wink, a smile, and a laugh. This attitude stayed with her as she grew older, to the point where she was just accustomed to getting her way in all things - but that didn’t quite fly as an adult. She went through several dead-end jobs, kicked out of each because her co-workers didn't accept her laziness until she finally wound up caving to her father’s wishes and becoming a referee. She had some decent success here, though not as much as her brother. Oddly enough, she had tremendous financial success and a much greater interest in joining the LAW. When Luigi joined the referee staff, she was all too quick to come in along on his coattails.

+Zelda is quite bribeable. Usually for money, but other things too, if the offer is juicy enough.
+Play the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time once, when she was a little girl. Found it boring. Hasn’t touched the series since.
