Personality-
Castiel, or as he likes to go by, Cas, is filled with dry humor. Relatively peaceful and not fond of conflict, he’s a man that prefers to resolve things with words and logic rather than actions. Unfortunately, Cas’s intrusive thoughts tend to win out more often than not, making him escalate instead of de-escalate and leaves him with people irate at him.. and him at them.
Another little quirk he tends to have is that Cas never really let go of his acting job. A theatre kid through and through, he sometimes slips “into character” of his prior roles with people he’s familiar with to entertain them.. or annoy them.. or sometimes both. He’s much more likely to do such a deed in the ring, acting like a ruler of sorts.
Secretly, Castiel has a competitive streak that’s made him take some bad decisions, and when he wants to win something, he’s a good amount more energetic.. and lets just say dominant than he usually is. Though when the adrenaline fades out, he’s usually more chill and sweeter.

Preferred Matches- Whatever, really. While his preference is backstage matches in the gym, Cas generally shies away from arena matches but if personally asked by an opponent, he can give them a good time in any of the categories presented to him.
Wrestling Style: With a body like his, everyone expects Cas to be a heavyweight brawler. They’d be right to an extent, but Castiel actually favours a more fast and agile style, and fights more similar to a lightweight than a heavyweight, making use of punishing and multiple strike moves. If pushed past his “breaking” point, he starts to get into submissions and humiliation moves, wanting a sweet victory at no matter the cost. That, with being a doctor, he can make it hurt in ways very few can.

Born in London in 1991 of Spanish and British descent, Castiel Sol Calabero is one of the more experienced actors in the lovely art of British filmmaking. Famous for his roles in Gold Tipped Scales, Winery Tether, The Kunoichi Who Loved Me and the Fall of the Titans, he was one of the most talented and promising actors in the business. What would a man like this be doing in such a place as LAW? A closer look into his life would reveal the answers.
A few years prior to today, not even a decade, Mateo was in the town of Austin, Texas for a special remake shoot of Kerosene Man where he was playing one of the main antagonists to the hero, a man with the power of Kerosene! One of the sillier comic characters, adapted to live screen.. but Cas was playing Silver Slate, the villain. Two major fight scenes involving mixed martial arts, and hearing that one of the hometown heroes of the town was also coincidentally known for just that, a martial artist.. and was home for a match, Castiel figured he would watch it live and see what he skills could leech from it, see what it was really like.
What he hadn’t counted on was being striken the first time he saw the girl. Zira, the hometown fighter was to Cas, the most beautiful woman he had seen in a long time. Normally, he didn’t take much interest in women, just busy in his projects but..
He couldn’t help himself after watching her beat down her foe viciously. It only added to her charm. He met her backstage, and wasted no time in immediately asking her for help in training for the movie. He wanted to study her, to learn from her. Eventually, she said yes. And after that, once he had finally mustered up the courage, for a date. She agreed again.
After that was a long story. They spent a lot of time together. Cas now had the tendency to film martial arts movies of all kinds so he could have Zira with him as his “trainer” most of the time. Of course she wasn’t there always, and had her matches and he was fine with that, and went to see as many as his schedule allowed, so he didn’t get too pushy about her spending time with him. They were adults after all.
After a pretty bad match, seeing Zira hurt.. Cas did however, start a pursuit of more skills into the medical field, leading him to get his doctorate in record time.
Soon enough they got married and had.. a kid. Their child, Gloria Calabero was amazing and they both had nothing but affection for her. For the first year, it was absolutely perfect. But then.. both needed to get to their jobs and Gloria needed attention. Castiel was fine with staying home from time to time, but an actors job was demanding and he was more and more busy as time went on. Zira was also the same way, and both were starting to rub each other the wrong way for a while, chafing at the other never being around when they were, feeling as if they only spent time with the baby and work, unable to do much with their partner.
This rift began to grow, before.. tempers boiled and they had an argument of sorts. It was heated and both of them couldn’t figure out what to do. However Zira had been interested in a league. Wrestling, it was which relied on showmanship as much as battle, and she made it into a bet. They join this league, and stay in it for one year. The one who had more wins under their belt..
.. was to cut down on their work, and spend more time with the child and the other. Zira did bring out his competitiveness poured fuel to it, stoking his fire, leading to him accepting the offer. But.. after a few months, Cas found he enjoyed it a bit more than he expected. He cut back on the deal with Zira and offered that she could stay in LAW and he would become a part time wrestler and look for work on the sidelines so they could be close together and still do what they enjoyed. It was around this point Zira suggested he train people like she trained him, and finding it an excellent idea to pursue, Cas did just that.

- Of the roles he slips into, he usually tends to refer himself to as a title.
- Used to be prompt, punctual and tidy. Like really obsessive sometimes. Nowadays he’s more chill but occasionally feels the urge to hyperclean take over.
- Occasionally likes to leave signatures on his opponents, just so they remember that while not a full time wrestler.. he’s still good enough to hang with most of them.
