Fiona has trained ever since she was 10 in MMA combat, and this is the one she primarily uses in the ring. Jabs, kicks, take-downs and more make her a pesky opponent to face in the ring, especially considering she's so small, and so quick, making her difficult to catch and hold down. But what's truly surprising about her is her power. Despite being south of 5 foot and 100 pounds, she is known for knocking out women much taller and heavier than her, and being an expert grappler good enough to worm her way out of practically anything. In addition, she has also incorporated some luchadore style into her in-ring work, with hurricanranas and other headscissor takedowns, along with some high flying She is not without her weaknesses, her size making it difficult to get up close at times and she's not immensely durable, but she's far tougher than she looks, and she often uses that to her advantage.
