Chiho was born in Sri Lanka, but, she doesn’t know much more than that about her biological parents, as she was given up for adoption, as her parents were simply too poor to take care of a baby. Chiho also never knew her given name, as she was given the name Chiho when she was adopted by a family in Japan.
As a school girl she was often picked on because she was adopted and looked nothing like her peers, one day, they were throwing rocks at her, when she finally snapped and attacked her bully, breaking his arm in three places. The teachers, knowing the situation, simply shrugged and said, “Betcha won’t do that again…” This incident would warp her mind forever.
In order to pay for college, she worked in a café in Tokyo. She didn’t like it one bit, but, she had to do it. There was one particularly rude customer would demand her as a waitress. She trudged through his rude demands, until one day, she heard his name and immediately recognized it. It was the same one who bullied er in school and whom she broke the arm of. Chiho snapped and hit him with a food tray, knocking him out. He was never seen again, but, she was immediately fired from her job.
After working some odd jobs, she heard some rumors of some underground fight club. Remembering how good it felt beating up her bully, she quickly tracked it down and joined. She quickly became one of the toughest fighters in the underground scene, taking the name of Chiho Raion.
One day, some weird man in a bird mask was watching one of the fights. This didn’t faze Chiho that much, a lot of people wore masks to hide their identity in these fights, they were usually high-class businessmen who had a lot to lose showing up in these dingy places. The man, some kind of religious nut, talked about a wrestling league called LAW. Seeing this as the big time, and big bucks, Chiho followed the holy nutcase’s advice and joined.
