Personality: Catalina is an energetic and generally nice girl to interact and talk with. Although her bubbly and high energy disposition can sometimes be a bit…. Much. Meaning that she can and will talk your ear off in a rant about whatever it is that has her attention at the time. Usually things like wrestling or 2000s era cartoons that she knows way too much about.

Likewise though, to put it simply, Catalina is a total and utter dits. She has a hard time picking up on people being rude or mean to her, and will usually just consider it a joke. This also means she can be bad at reading situations and can often say the wrong thing, pissing people off in the process.

Without realizing it as well Catalina can often come across as spoiled or bougie. Mostly due to the way in which she was brought up, but she tries not to let this show and gets very embarassed once she realizes it since she doesn’t neccesarily like the way she was brought up.

Wrestling Style: High Flyer with some striking and submission skills

Preferred matches - Standard, Submission, two out of three falls, ironwoman, speacial comditions, hentai

Preferred Move(s): Crossbody, splashes, tiger feint kick, german, dragon and tiger suplexes, arm bars, boston crab, body blows, knee drops.

Signature Move(s)

Doble Impacto: Performing a front flip leg drop onto an opponent Catalina will then roll backwards into a standing position before shooting forward for a standing senton bomb.

Finisher Move(s)
Garra Voladora: Climbing up to the top of the corner Cat will leap backwards through the air, gaining as much momentum and heigh as she can before rotating her body through the air to build up even more momentum to come down on a prone opponent with a double rotation moonsault

Molinete Especial: Throwing a leg over her opponent’s head Cat will leap up, performing a tilt-a-whirl on her foe, bringing them down to the mat before transitioning directly with her leg already around their arm to bring her other leg up and secure a lotus lock in right away. Being the one and only submission move that Cat actively uses consistently, as well as one of her finishers, this is due to it being inherited by her mentor and thus one of the submissions she knows inside and out.

History: Catalina, or better known by her nickname Cat grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a rather well off family. Her father was a major stock holder for several major companies and as a result extremely busy and successful. Meanwhile her mother, significantly more down to earth, was unfortunately ill very often. So as a result Cat, as well as her three siblings, were left to fend for themselves for the most part outside of studies.

Being the runt of the litter Cat didn’t really fit in with rest of her family. Both her brothers were talented in sports and academics respectively. Likewise her older sister was incredibly beautiful, more so than herself at least, and was a savant at playing almost any instrument as well. A skill that served her well as she went on to compete, and win in many pageants.

Cat was… not that however. Any of it. She was a jack of all trades at best. Physically talented? Sure she was agile and fairly strong, but she was garbage at most sports despite it. Smart? Sure she did fairly well in her classes, but she was nothing exceptional. As touched upon she wasn’t nearly as girly or beautiful as her sister, nor did she want to be as a tomboy, also she broke almost any instrument she touched.

Really Cat wasn’t phenomenal at anything like her siblings. As a result, with how busy they all were, as well as her father, despite there being no ill intention at all… Cat was left out a lot and quickly began to resent her life as a result.

She likely would have gone down a darker pth if not for one person, the only one that could understand where she was coming from. That being her mom. Like her she wasn’t truly apart of what the rest of the family did, just for physical reasons as opposed to a lack of talent. So the two often spent time together, talking, joking, and, sharing their interests, their real interests.

This was how Cat learned of her mom’s secret guilt pleasure. Lucha Libre. Apparently her mother was super into the sport and often went to shows as a fan when she was youngsr and only stopped after dating and marrying her dad. Naturally this shocked Cat, but after watching a few tapes with her mom she quickly understood the appeal. Everything about ir was just fun and creative and flashy and competive. All things Cat loved. But perhaps what she loved about it rhe most was that it was all abojt people following their passions, fighting for it, doing everything to achieve it.

It was everything Cat wanted. So shortly after her seventeenth birthday where she was gifted a checkbook and access to a trust fund, Cat quickly sought out a pro wrestling school to train and become a wrestler herself! Unfortunately… there weren’t exactly a lot of options in Argentina. After all pro wrestling was something far more popular in Mexico as opposed to the lower latina American countries. But eventually… she did find someone. An old retired pro wrestler she met through a chain of people when searching for a teacher.

Naturally it took some convincing at first, this older man not believing Cat had what it took to be a wrestler given her gender and wealthy backround. He thought of her as some princess that was seeking a fleeting thrill. But Cat’s passion… and persistence eventually convinced him to give her a shot and she admittedly impressed him. So for the next few months he gave her the basic lessons, letting her figure things out herself at first before giving her tips on how to get better.

Eventually after a year she was alllowed to compete in her first match which was a rather humble affair given her rookie status. But she did well and her energy and charisma won over the crowd and got her booked more often, this tine without needing any backing from her mentor. Eventually Cat would go on to do a whole tour through the major cities of South America that had pro wrestling events, building a fanbase and developing her repertoire of moves and skills.

Eventually her grand tour brought her to Mexico at the age of 20 where she competed for the biggest lucha promotion there. A veritable dream come true. Especially after bejng offered a contract there. Something she naturallt accepted and agreed to, packing up and moving to Mexico, much tk the shock of her family, excelt for her mom who beamed with pride.

Over the next year and a half Cat had a meteoric rise, competing almost every week to mixed results. Winning some, losing some, but always giving her all. Eventually though her contract which was short term was coming to an end and it came time to negotiate for a new one. Going into it, given her popularity, Cat had expected a longer contract with more money, it was only natural right? But the promotion majorly low balled her, only offering her an extension for the same anount of money she signed for.

Not what she expected or wanted. However… her popularity bad gotten her eyes. Especially from a certain company in Japan known as LAW, looking to build up its international talent. So when offered a contract for Japan, a country well reknowned for its history in wrestling, as well as the breadth of talent in LAW alone was enough too make Cat seriously consider the offer.. while the money offered being the final deciding offer. So now after letting her current contract run out and expire, Cat has accepted her new contract with LAW and has arrived in Japan, ready to fight for her passion!

Trivia

- Despite her lack of faith in her talents outside of wrestling, Cat is actually a fairly good dancer, especially the Tango. But she doesnt have the same passion for it as wrestling.
- Cat loved cartoons and anime. Especially anything from the early 2000s and she loves to dive intk theories about them.
- Cat’s favorite food is fried spicy beef empanadas
- As far as inspirations for her in ring style Cat looks up to a few people, but especially La Pantera, otherwise known as Aella Midori, as well as Kat Hart… yes there is a theme here.
- Naturally Cat’s favorite animal is… cats. And she happens to have a pet Calico named Pan
- Despite the distant relationship with her family, Cat doesnt have a bad relationship with any of her siblings or even her father rather she just isn’t as close with them as her mother. But they at least support her career choice and support her and stay in contact with eachother.
