Personality:
Chelsea is very eager to do things, and very hyper. She loves to be in the spotlight and get peoples attention especially when she is friends with them and even if she isn't when you have her eyes on her she strives to make it worth something. Though her bombastic and hammy personality gives way to one that feels the need to one up her opponents at anything she feels she can do and her love of a challenge and looking tough makes her one not willing to back down so easily despite her smaller frame.
History:
Chelsea grew up being moved between Japan and America because of her divorced parents. While this let ehr experience two different worlds for the longest time it was hard to make friends and Chelsea mostly stuck with herself until she made friends with the young Amy Evans, and the two became inseparable with Amy making measures to keep in contact with her even in Japan and Chelsea doing her best to do the same and even stay in America longer to stay close, when Amy got into college in Japan Chelsea moved in with her as they attended the same place, here Amy's more aggressive lifestyle and bully saw Chelsea become just as responsible and the usual nicer girl developed a mean streak that got her into trouble, though not so much that Amy couldnt get her out of it...but eventually Chelsea decided she wanted to be able to defend herself and got Amy to teach her how to fight. Learning to defend for oneself when Amy got into Wrestling Chelsea for one reason or another found herself getting involved as well though independent of her friend so as to strike out on her own.
Her cute demeanor and penchant for being very expressive got Chelsea pretty far and she won more then a few titles in her career before she stumbled on the next new place LAW. Eager to try her hand once more the redhead sent out an application and got back....nothing. Not even a rejection letter, Chelsea sent another message and still nothing came back, when Chelsea showed up to ask she was showed the door for 'trespassing' and no one had bothered to explain why he wasnt getting an answer, needless to say he was furious. At this point her interest in LAW turned to a desire to show up in spite of them and now the not employed Chelsea would endure anything to get the contract she was being denied.
