Her father is Kazuki Ayase, a good friend of the notorious Yakuza who conquers Tokyo, Satou Miyazaki. Together, they've been creating a lot of projects, that includes the underground hideouts and districts that serves a purpose on satisfaction of human's lust. Kazuki was known to be an actor who excels in a martial art and owns a gym and dojo on his own, which later would be given to his good friend for possession. One night, Kazuki and Satou attended a dinner in a 5 star hotel along with their daughters. On that day, Ruri first met Haruka, with a lot of bruises on her face. Ruri enquired her dad about Haruka which leads to Ruri getting interested in wrestling or martial arts, asking if she could join along Haruka, but Kazuki rejected her daughter's request, stating that it was too dangerous. Ruri's determination says otherwise. She joined an amateur wrestling club in her school and eventually competitive professional wrestling club in high school and has put a lot of effort ever since, which makes her a really good grappler and technician.
On her 18th birthday, Ruri once again asks her father if she could join Haruka and fight her. With a wicked smile, knowing that her daughter could bring him fortune along with his friend, Kazuki allowed her, in the protection of his good friend Satou Miyazaki. She makes her debut into the underground arena against Haruka, but ultimately loses against her because of her agility. She was left bruised, which leads to Haruka getting multiple abuse from Satou. From then on, Haruka holds a deep and wrathful grudge on Ruri. Ruri tries to befriend with Haruka, but with Haruka's mental and physical condition, along with how Ruri kept pissing her off, Ruri was instantly assumed to be an enemy, causing her to beat Ruri up brutally whenever they have a match. In the underground arena, no one was allowed to torture Ruri by rape or violence, under the orders of Satou, which makes Satou torture her daughter even more. Though Ruri's determination never fades, helping Haruka in everything even though Haruka dislikes it, making her the only person to understand what Haruka has been going through.
After the raid, Satou Miyazaki was confirmed to be deceased, while Kazuki Ayase was arrested in a hotel, hiding, as he was found naked with a random woman, not Ruri's mom, at 3AM. Ruri's father was eventually sentenced into 25 years of jail for multiple crimes, scandals and cases, with multiple witnesses coming up without being scared since the leader of the Yakuza clan is already dead. All of Kazuki's property are now inherited by Ruri, making her own most of the two men's project including the underground arena. Under the duration of the 7 years, Ruri managed to befriend Haruka as Haruka starts to change into someone more gentle and sweet, thanks to Ruri who had taught her about the outside world. Under the management of these two, Haruka owns a Dojo that allows Ruri and multiple other people to practice their martial arts, while Ruri owns a gym. They both eventually rebuilt the underground arena into a recreational centre, for multiple use such as underground match exhibitions with strict regulations, even for sexfights.
