Avril is actually kindhearted and friendly but a bit of a simpleton as she got easily tricked into befriending the wrong people
The blue haired girl can be considered a airhead and oblivious to the world around her as she does not seem to notice that her so called friends actually insult and belittle her most of the time.
Past/History:
Avril was the kind of girl who wanted to see the best in people even if everyone she knew warned the blue haired girl to be careful. Still no matter how many times she got tricked as a child and was left behind to never she the other person or to get the blame she never lost her friendly personality.
Still it did made her want friends that would not abandon her the minute he other person got what they needed or needed Avril to be an scapegoat in the end. Sadly it seems that that was not in the cards for the young teen as time and time again she befriended the wrong people and got discarded when her usefulness was at an end.
So it came as a surprise that a week after she started high school she actually meet someone who did not want to use her to gain something out of it. Still after being tricked all those times before she would not let her guard down at first while staying her friendly self. Luckily for Avril it seemed that Brittney was honest in her attempts to become friends with her as the blue haired girl wondered why a sophomore was so interested in a freshman like herself.
But as time when by that thought did not become as important to Avril since for the first time it seems that she actually had a friend. And life became even better when Britney introduced her to Demi who was an fellow freshman like herself. The fact that all three girls seem to have an talent for singing made things even better as the trio became popular with the other students as an result.
Still as the group of friends became popular they came face to face with a certain cheerleader who like Britney was an sophomore. For a moment the blue haired girl thought she would be left alone again as Britney and Summer seemed to be spending a lot of time together for the next month or so usually in the company of Demi and a girl who always seemed to be following Summer around.
That chanced when the blue haired girl saw what appeared to be three girls surrounding and bullying Britney and Demi and interfered. To make matters worse the other group of girls were lying about her friends as they were saying that they together with Summer and the other girl were attacking and bullying other students. Just before things could get ugly Summer and the other girl who appeared to be called Bellatrix appeared and from their Avril got what she always wanted friends who would stick around and never leave her.
And for the next two years Avril had actual friends during school and when Summer decided to leave for Japan after she graduated. At first nothing seem to changed that much as Avril was actually not treated to badly after the queen bee got dethroned but when she hear from Bellatrix that the others were getting to leave for Japan to join Summer in becoming a member of LAW the blue haired girl would not have to think twice of following the only friends she ever had.
