She was nervous, rattling her fingers on her thigh as she watched her surroundings from a corridor. All those eyes would be watching her as soon as she crossed the entrance to the ramp and she hasn't even defined her musical entrance. But Alice wasn't going to let her lose her head over it. "Just enjoy, don't look at it as the end of the world", those were her words but we are talking about participating in the booming event, there is CLEARLY reason to lose your head, isn't there?
"She has to stay in character, she has to stay Leona. As soon as she takes off that mask, she's just going to be a heroine who seeks to restore order in the ring and challenge anyone who disturbs the dreams of the spectator. The nervousness has to fade away to leave only her mettle worthy of what she boasts of being: a huntress."
That was her character margin. All set. As soon as her entrance was heralded by her musical beat she pulled down her mask, inhaled deeply and pulled up her hood, leaving the rest to be modulated by her performance.Dramatically stepping through the frame of the entrance to the top ramp with a regal, intriguing step while the announcer trumpeted: "LEONA CHASE-ARAWN, ONE OF THE PUB-CLUB'S YOUNG PROMISES!!!" Before anxiously stopping and unfastening her hood with a tug to throw it in the air and show off her suit, her poise, and her fine, petal-like defensive expression before resuming her march to the ring apron, planting her knee on it and climbing the ropes to finish her presentation inside the ring with one last defiant pose in the centre of the ring! And then went to lean on the corner with her arms hanging from the ropes.
It was only when she felt that it was no longer the focus here and that her opponent's entrance was about to rumble that she let the air out of her lungs in a deep exhalation of breath. It's just one more match, I'm not the only rookie here, any lesson is good, she said to herself mentally.
