When Misaki tried to wrap her legs around Tiki's body for a body scissor, Tiki already got her arm between her body and Misaki's leg, preventing her from locking her in the hold. And then, Tiki went ahead to hook her arm behind Misaki's arm and push it out of the way before she went to get her arm around her head in a headlock. Misaki gritted her teeth as she started feeling the pressure.

With Tiki on top of her, Misaki was in a rather disadvantageous position. She would not be able to roll her over and get her shoulders on the mat for an improvised pin. Still, Misaki's legs were still wrapped around Tiki's body, though with Tiki's arm getting in the way, she couldn't squeeze her body to put some damage on her.

So, in her desperation, Misaki would try to jerk herself to the side, making a sudden motion. She did so in her attempt to throw Tiki off of her so that she could release her from the hold that she was putting her into. If she was successful in throwing Tiki off of her, Misaki would attempt to mount her body, planning to gain leverage on her so that she could start something, though she hadn't come up with anything as of yet.

Because Tiki was on top, she was able to start taking over the advantage in her struggle with Misaki. The veteran felt her arm growing stronger in it's battle against Misaki's arm while Tiki also fended off the Berserk Ace's legs. She knew that Misaki would have to try something. It was all a matter of recognizing the attempt and then being able to react to whatever Misaki chose to commit to.

But Misaki came up with something that Tiki did not see coming. Tiki had been expecting her opponent to try something with her legs, since that was Misaki's relative position of strength. So the greenette was playing closer attention there. But it was with her upper body that Misaki would make her play with. contorting her body down and away from Tiki's arm, causing it to wave through the air over Misaki's body. What was worse, momentum carried Tiki's body forward and pulled her off balance, which allow the pink clad wrestler to come back up over the top and reverse the position. Now Tiki was the wrestler on bottom, needing to defend herself against whatever Misaki came up with.

Successfully exchanging positions with Tiki, Misaki was on top of her, and she would like to use this opportunity to gain an upper hand over the other woman. With her now on top of her opponent, Misaki decided to make use of this opportunity to resort to some mat grappling. First, she would wrap her legs around one of Tiki's own as she pressed herself on top of her. After that, she would get her arms around her head as she would start wrenching it. She would yank her head up while wrenching it, and at the same time, she would also wrench Tiki's leg with hers.

The hold itself was meant to weaken her opponent, though in the hands of a pro, carefully-applied locks would be quite painful. As Misaki subjected her opponent to the hold, she would look at her face to see how she was faring. She knew that the time was running out, and she wanted to see which one of her moves that could do the trick here, considering that Tiki was a very formidable opponent for someone like her.

Now Tiki was in a position where she had to defend herself to hold onto to match. Misaki was successful in wrapping her legs around one of Tiki's. And when the Berserk ace started coming down towards the greenette's head, Tiki tried to use her arms to keep Misaki up off of her, but the pink clad wrestler managed to use her leverage advantage to get her arms around the back of Tiki's neck.

"Ack!" Tiki groaned as her neck was pulled up and her leg was stretched out. But she wasn't too concerned yet. Misaki certainly had her in a dangerous spot, and Tiki certainly wasn't comfortable, but by no means was this a hold of match ending caliber. Misaki was being patient, but Tiki had to wonder if she had to time for that.

To be clear, the bell wouldn't save Tiki. If 10 minutes came up while Misaki had the veteran locked into something, then the match would go into extra time until Tiki was free or submitted. But even so, Misaki wouldn't be able to go into overtime with this hold locked in and win. She'd have to transition to something else, or Tiki would be free long before she tapped.

Speaking of escape, Tiki would move to begin hers. Curiously, Misaki had chosen a hold that left the greenette's arms free. A bearhug was an obvious, but likely ineffective option. Tiki would instead go after Misaki's neck. The window between getting over or around Misaki's shoulders while still getting a good angle of attack was slim, but perfectly reachable for Tiki. She'd wrap eight of her fingers around the back of the Berserk ace's neck, then reach down with her thumbs to press down on Misaki's throat to actually choke her. Now transitioning holds would just be a matter of winning for Misaki, it'd also be a matter of not losing.

The hold that Misaki was using was indeed a transitional one as she thought that she would lock Tiki into a much stronger one after this. The purpose of this hold was to secure Tiki in her current position while keeping her under pressure. But as she was about to transition into another hold, Misaki felt Tiki's hands on her neck before she was choked by her.

"Akghh!!"

Knowing that she needed to do something before she could succumb to this choke, Misaki would try to adjust her plan, making use of her position to get a surprise pin on Tiki. Unwrapping her own legs from around Tiki's own, she would use her lower body to roll Tiki's own lower body up, making sure that her shoulders would be pressed against the mat.

The improvised pinfall attempt wasn't meant to be a winning move as Misaki thought to use it to distract Tiki so that she could free herself from the choke. But if it could somehow result in her win, then she wouldn't complain. The referee would then come over next to them and start counting for the improvised pinfall attempt.

Tiki managed to get her hands around Misaki's throat, which meant that even though the pink clad wrestler was the one on top, she still had to deal with Tiki's threat since it was more dangerous than Misaki's own attack. With the seconds ticking down, the match could very well come down to Misaki's response to the stranglehold the greenette had locked in and then how Tiki responds to that.

Misaki came up with something very clever to counter Tiki. Just as a choke was more threatening than a mild submission hold, Tiki's chokehold was trumped by the pinfall that Misaki mustered. As escapable as it was, it would still accomplish its goal. Tiki was forced to release her stranglehold on Misaki's throat so she had her hands free to deal with a pinfall that would end the match if the veteran tried to ignore it. Tiki put one hand underneath Misaki's chest, grabbd Misaki's shoulder with her other hand, and would try to throw Berserk's ace off to the side.

With her quick thinking, Misaki managed to turn things around by attempting an improvised pinfall attempt, forcing Tiki to relinquish her hold and throw her off of her. Shaking her head once she was thrown off, Misaki would quickly get herself back onto her knees before she looked at the direction of Tiki. Huffing out and brushing a few strands of hair matted on her sweaty forehead, she looked at her opponent before she launched herself towards her, aiming to grab her before she could recollect herself and pick herself up.

If she managed to grab Tiki, Misaki would wrap one arm around her neck and the other snaking down to her armpit, looking to subject Tiki to a crossface chickenwing. She was aiming to rise back up onto full height, pulling Tiki with her. Still, with their bodies slick with sweat and Misaki trying her best to catch her breath, Misaki might have some difficulty locking the hold to properly keep Tiki in place. Regardless, Misaki would try it in order to try winning this match, hopefully before the timer ran out.

Tiki averted an immediate defeat by throwing Misaki off when she went in for her pinfall attempt, but she still gave up her stranglehold, which was exactly what the Berserk ace wanted. Tiki knew that, but she was left without any choice. And as soon as Misaki was off, she was jumping right back on the green haired veteran wrestler in a mad dash to beat the clock.

Tiki sat up, but she didn't have time to defend herself before Misaki got an arm around her neck. The veteran wrestler fired her elbow back into Misaki's side to break free. The attack landed, but the pink clad wrestler tanked it and locked Tiki's arm into a chickenwing in response. Misaki then dragged Tiki up to her feet, something that the greenette was okay with since that freed up her legs.

Then it happened. The bell rang, and ten minutes were up. But Misaki had Tiki locked into a hold, so the match went into extra time. Now it came down to this hold. Either Misaki submitted Tiki with the chickenwing crossface and won, or Tiki would escape and secure a draw. Tiki's first try at escape would be to use her free arm to try to punch behind herself at Misaki's face while trying to pull her head out of her opponent's grip.

Locking Tiki in the crossface chickenwing, Misaki would try to exert pressure into it, but then, the bell rang. She blinked, realizing that ten minutes had passed, and there was no clear winner in this bout. Still, it seemed that the match would be decided through this whether Tiki could escape from this hold or not. Emboldened by this, Misaki would tighten her hold in the crossface chickenwing, not wanting to let Tiki go.

"Nrgghh!!"

Misaki gritted her teeth when Tiki hit her face with a punch. Still, Misaki refused to let go, unwilling to end this match with a draw. She knew that the moment Tiki managed to get out, the match would end with neither of them winning, and Misaki refused to have such a thing if she could help it. So, with her doubling her effort, she would try to maintain the hold, unwilling to let Tiki go.

"Grrr," Tiki growled as her punch failed to force Misaki to let her go. The greenette could hit hard, but throwing a punch backwards just wasn't a good way to get real power behind the hit. And Misaki wasn't content just hold Tiki there. The Berserk ace was forcing the issue, squeezing her arm tighter and tighter around Tiki's throat.

"Gaaah!"

Tiki gagged out with a grimace as Misaki put unrelenting pressure onto her windpipe. But the veteran continued to fight, and fight hard. Throwing her fist back into Misaki's head, and pounding her elbow down into the brunette's ribs. Going back and forth so Misaki couldn't get use to either. And the veteran thrashed her body. Twisting, turning, throwing her hips back into Misaki before pulling away hard, fighting to jostle her body free.

But Tiki couldn't fight like that for long while getting choked. She soon found herself slowing down, with Misaki utterly refusing to let go of her grip on the veteran wrestler's arm and throat. Tiki had an easy draw in had before, but she felt it in her heart that this fight deserved a winner when she decided to dive back in on Misaki. It just turned out that the winner wouldn't be her. Having slowed down enough that she understood there was no escaping anymore, Tiki tapped out on Misaki's arm.
