The Phantomess is an aloof, mysterious individual, a loner who does not mix with LAW’s rank and file wrestlers. Clad in her purple bodysuit, she has come to LAW to stand up to the heels and represent for all those who fight for fair play and good sportsmanship in the ring. She will brook no cheating or disrespect on her watch. She is determined to carry out justice in the ring despite her lack of true wrestling experience.
History:
Anastasia Bockworth was privately educated in the best schools in London and graduated from Oxford University with flying colours with the aim of becoming a lawyer. While she succeeded, Anastasia soon discovered that dishing out justice in the court-room wasn’t as immediately satisfying as she’d hoped. She looked for thrills outwith her academic pursuits and soon was introduced to the world of professional wrestling by her friends. After observing as a fan for several weeks, Anastasia eventually decided to wrestle herself, in secret.
She donned the purple cowl and mask of her new wrestling alter-ego, The Phantomess and attempted to apply her own brand of justice in the ring. Her inexperience was quickly exploited, however, and after several crushing losses she was humiliatingly defeated and unmasked in the ring, revealing her identity to the London crowds, forcing her to abandon the endeavour with her tail between her legs.
With work now sending her on a lucrative contract to Japan, Anastasia has once again decided to enter the ring on the side. Although her identity is now known, she continues to fight as the Phantomess, not wanting her disastrous first foray into wrestling to be the purple-clad beauty’s legacy. She approached the Ark Triumph roster to attempt to restore her own pride, and to take on the heels of LAW and show them the error of their ways.
