Past/History:
In her own words, Maddy is a newcomer to the scene despite having been a wrestler for the last 12 years. However I would caution you to bring up that fact at your own peril as the orangette is extremely vain about her appearance and looks.
As not much is known of her childhood besides the fact she graduated high school, and was in the same wrestling academy as Sherry James. However unlike the lateral, Maddy would have what it takes to be a wrestler in terms of ring skill.
Unfortunately she could not cut a promo to save her life. Especially once the fans began to heckle her as she struggled to finish what she was saying. So in came Sherry as the two were paired up, and quickly became successful.
As with Sherry doing the talking outside of matches, and Maddy's skills doing the talking in matches they quickly got pushed to the top of the mid card. Earning her first championship within a year of them working together.
The partnership between the two was great as she started her career as a babyface. She never forgot the taunting the fans did early in her career, and when they began to cheer for her opponents she made the change.
Bashing her opponent's skull open with a steel chair as fans expected Sherry to turn her back on her. However the other woman looked at things from the business aspect as all those who needed a manager were not that talented. So considering her options that either she stayed with Maddy or went for someone who would never make it. The choice was clear as the two were a duo for almost 4 years before they split up.
As Maddy had managed to learn how to cut a promo as she ruled the promotion with an iron grip. Having been the world champion for the last year by that point as the duo felt they could not really accomplish anything more together.
So the two would split on friendly terms, and stayed in touch as Maddy continued to wrestle on the New Zealand /Australia wrestling circuit while her manager would travel the world. Their paths crossed once or twice a year as they found themselves working in the same place during a supershow or tour in America.
Things would be alright as while she would lose her title to a challenger, Maddy would be quick to regain by any means necessary. However last year she began to notice she was getting slower. That she would get hurt more often that she may consider retirement. Get that last big contract, and hang up her boots as she would run down her contract.
As she hoped to sign with one of the biggest promotions in the world. Since she had always had offers, but had stayed loyal to the promotion that had trained her. Still with her slowing down her career she wanted that last big payday as she was getting plenty of offers when her old manager Sherry gave her a call. Asking if she wanted to work for LAW, and work together with her once again as the orangette did not have to think long as she did right then and they said yes as the veteran wrestler was now on her way to Japan to join up with LAW.
