History
Once upon a time, Angela was a rising star in the wrestling business. The pretty young thing even went on tour with some of the greats of her time, like her husband, known in the ring as Abaddon Cross. Demons and angels… they had a good thing going for them, both in and out of the ring. Things obviously changed when she became pregnant. At the time, she chose family over business. She was sure that this thing she had going with Abaddon, starting a family. That’s what she thought at least.
After the news came out that Abaddon was fooling around with his fans while on their last tour, the only reason Angela stayed was because of their son. She even stuck it out for a few years, becoming a stay at home mom. But after all that, there was no fixing anything. In fact, things got worse from there. She finally started to finally see the cracks and flaws in him, to see him for the monster he really was.
Angela Cross was no more, she returned to her original self: Esther Lachapelle.
It wasn’t an easy transition but she managed. Juggling her own life and spending time with her son did her good. It would take a few years for Esther to find someone else. A simple coincidence. What were the odds that they were both visiting their family in the exact same town in France? You could probably make a hallmark movie out of that. Nevertheless, she had found someone new in Jean-Marc Dorian... With time, the two finally decided to make it official, Mr. and Mrs. Dorian, and she couldn't be happier.
Marc was the complete opposite of Abaddon. Kind, supporting, younger. Marc would drop everything in a heartbeat for her wife and their daughter... And he did. He gave her everything he could to help her get back into shape and become the wrestler she once was.
Esther wanted to give it another try, but on her own terms this time. With Marc as her talent agent, she was able to make a name for herself again. Not as Angela now, but as Esther Dorian. And now, a new chapter begins... right here at LAW.
