History:

Gulgun Hafiza grew up in Azerbaijan with a strong interest in American culture. Initially it started with watching reruns of The Twilight Zone with her parents, which piqued her interest in the macabre. Over time, her familiarity with business travelling families would give her the chance to experience more outside cultures than what she was already limited to.
Eventually, her friends’ father gave her an old wrestling video he had found on his last trip. Gulgun has never seen anything like it. She stayed up that night watching the video, then rewatching it the next morning. Like her old shows, wrestling had a special way of storytelling that captivated her. Soon, her thoughts would turn to wrestling as a hobby.
She would wrestle around with her friends and put on backyard shows that nobody really came to, but that was okay. She was happy just doing what she loved. As she reached the age for college, her father came back from a business trip and gave her information on a training school for female wrestlers. With her parent’s blessing she left Azerbaijan to pursue her dream of wrestling.
While technically gifted, she was criticized for her lack of character and shyness around the locker room. Her coach told her to either make it a gimmick, quit, or get over it. That’s when she adorned her noir costume: a white button up shirt, black trousers, suspenders, and a fedora. It was an ode to the shows of old that drove her passion and gave her character a unique feel. She finished her training and soon after went pro and wound up in the L.A.W.

Signature/Finishing Moves:

One for the Angels – (double-underhook powerbomb) The wrestler faces a bent over opponent, and underhooks the opponent's arms with both arms. The wrestler then lifts the opponent in the air and flips them over, throwing them back down and driving the back and shoulders of the opponent to the ground.
Night Call – (Uranage) The wrestler stands face-to-face with the opponent, slightly to their side. The wrestler tucks their head under the opponent's near arm, and reaches across the opponent's chest and around their neck with their near arm. The wrestler then simultaneously lifts the opponent up, turns 180° and falls backwards, bringing the opponent over them and slamming the opponent back-first on the mat.
