- Mikan is fairly new to the world of professional wrestling. She’s trained and worked out for the past year, prior to joining LAW. Getting guidance and tips and official training from her partner. As such her style is fairly rough around the edges. Regardless, she is a scrappy fighter. Willing to throw down and get into the nitty-gritty of it.

▌ History
Mikan was born and raised on the island of Shikoku. Her parents were owners of one of the most prominent orange groves. Growing some of the most premium oranges around. It’s a plot of land that has been passed down through generations. Her name comes from a little joke her father spoke when she was born. Seeing as Mikan’s hair was orange, they decided to name her Mikan (= Orange “fruit”) She grew up working in the orange grove, helping out at home. Going to school, living a fairly normal life until she approached her teen years.

Mikan became interested in Idols, she already enjoyed doing things like dancing and singing from when she was a kid, but as a teen she started to do so on a more serious level. Joining school clubs for both of her interests. She became rather good at it, to the point where during summer festivals, or other school events she would perform to a positive crowd reaction. When she was 15 years old she was approached by a talent agent, who offered to help her make a career as an Idol!

That was the start of Mikan’s life in the limelight. She began to grow popular as a local idol. Releasing a few hit songs, starring in commercials and even modeling. She became rather famous throughout the island of Shikoku, and by the time she was 17 she started to become famous in the mainland, her name started to get traction in places like Kyoto and Tokyo. Turning into quite a sensation, a solo idol on the rise who became a supermodel and even started to appear in acting roles.

Though her life wasn’t all joy though, being a model was tough work. She had to work out constantly to keep in shape, endless singing lessons. Dancing lessons. Acting lessons. Not to mention not everyone was a fan of her idol career. During the years following her sudden rise in popularity on a national level, she had a few personality clashes with other famous people in Japan, models, actresses and even other idols. It was really a dog eat dog world.

The years continued though and she remained a rather popular icon. Though as the harsh reality was, the Idol life doesn’t last forever and Mikan herself was starting to feel as if she wanted to focus on other things in her life. Having been an Idol for over 6 years now, as she reached the age of 21. She decided to turn in a resignation. She’d continue modeling on the side, maybe appear in commercials and act if she had to but she wasn’t going to fully keep up the whole Idol lifestyle anymore. Her manager seemed very understanding, usually idols didn’t stick around long after they turned 20.

Now her life returned to simplicity for half a year. She spent time at home, working at the orange grove and helping out her parents. After her little vacation, she got a few modeling offers. She came across a few interesting people during those times, some she grew to love and some she grew to hate.

When she turned 22 she ran into a certain woman, someone she felt like she hit it off with. She was so different from people she’d met before. She started dating this woman, they had a pretty sweet relationship. During this time she learned that she was a wrestler. Something which piqued the interest of Mikan. She had been a part of some small wrestling even early on in her career, but she didn’t actually wrestle then. Though she had always been interested in the profession. This girlfriend of hers did offer to train her though and help her out, it started out first as a hobby, something for them to do. Though as time went on Mikan became better and better and soon enough she decided that she wanted to try out doing this professionally.




▌ Personality
- Mikan can best be described as a friendly and kind girl. Usually giving off fairly strong “girl next door” vibes. She is upbeat and cheerful, usually wearing a smile during her off-times. She is the kind of girl who doesn’t exactly like going out clubbing or drinking, but prefers to sit at home and read a good book. She doesn’t have any problem with crowds nor being alone. Neither an extrovert or an introvert, but more of a hybrid. She is easily adaptable, which is probably the best way to put it.

She is a plucky girl, quite honorable and quick to defend herself and others if she needs to. She doesn’t have much concern about throwing herself into dangerous situations. Willing to stick her neck out for those she believes in, and stand up against bullies.

Mikan as a fighter can best be described as a firecracker or maybe a spitfire. She is willing to get down and dirty if she has to, but she is not someone who will break the rules for her own benefit. She doesn’t usually like stooping to the level of her foes if they are underhanded but she might crank up the level of how cruel she can be (paying them back in a different manner). Mikan tries to keep things clean in the ring, and usually just tries to be herself. She doesn’t have much of a persona to keep up, as she simply acted like herself when she was an idol and planned to do the same as a wrestler.

• Mikan is an avid bookreader. Though she rarely reads books in English, sticking mostly to Japanese authors. .
