Preferred Matches: Standard, NHB, falls count anywhere, street fight

Favoured moves: Strikes, kicks, weapons

Style: Martial artist/Grappler (Uses Kenpo mixed with self taught wrestling moves)

Strengths: Fist fights, she can hold in own in this sort of thing.
Weakness: She won't consider it a weakness but her warrior code, she won't do anything considered dirty.

Endurance: 4/5 = All that training has made her quite durable.
Strength: 5/5 = The training she's been through as a kid has made her rather strong.
Speed: 5/5 = With her nimble frame and focus on striking she's usually the one to score the first hit.
Defense: 3/5 = She can counter several moves, but she can have issues with submissions.
Technique: 3/5 = Knows a lot of hand to hand moves but not much in the terms of grapple or submissions.

Strikes: 5/5 - She's a martial artist, what did you expect?
Submissions: 3/5 - She can do a fair bit of submissions sure.
Powerhouse: 3/5 - If her opponent is around her weight or height then she can probably lift them.
Aerial: 3/5 - With her martial arts she can do some rather crazy moves in the air, not as good as some though.
Counters: 3/5 - She can counter most fists and kicks, some grapple or submissions too.

Finishing moves:
Strike of the heavens - Qi delivers a kick to the ankle of the enemy to force them to a knee, she then quickly brings the same leg up and hits the foe square in the forehead.

Fall of the falcon - A flying double foot stomp from the top rope.

Lightning strikes twice - Qi Irish whips her foe to the corner and rushes after them, she performs a small ducking spin as she nears them and fires out her elbow into the ribs of the enemy. She then performs an uppercut with the hand that wasn't used for the elbow strike.

Signature moves
Palm of compassion - Qi rushes forward and nails her foe square in the chest with the palm of her hand (Ala Wesker from resident evil)

Personality: Honour, loyalty, compassion, might. These are the words that best describe the way of Qi's life, she believes that power and the way it is used is the key to life. That using it in a positive way will result in positive surroundings, in which her life and others can flourish. During battle she displays the spirit of a true marital artist, never looking down on her foe and showing the respect they deserve.

Outside of combat she does have perhaps one fatal flaw, she is rather naive. Due to her upbringing she can see in black and white and not in all shades of grey in terms of morals. Also she has almost no real understanding of romance, so compliments aimed at her will most likely get her to blush for sure.

Past: Qi has no knowledge of her actual parents, she was raised in an orphanage in the slums of Beijing. Growing up wasn't too hard for Qi, she often took it upon herself to help the orphanage staff in any way she could. When she reached the age of ten she was taken in by the owners of a kenpo dojo, and discovered she had a knack for the way of the art. Although the dojo owners already had a son he bore no ill will towards Ms Lingxian, the way of life they prevented hatred amongst each other.

As time passed she continued to develop her martial arts ability, all the while her kind parents watched over her. After she graduated from high school she wasn't certain on what to do, sure she'd done rather well in school. But she was wondering about who would take over the dojo one day, either her or the son. Her parents requested that she leave China and explore the world, to become exposed to other fighting styles and ways of life. Before they could however their Father was struck with an illness nixing this plan.

Qi and Chuang had to do whatever it took to make ends meet, this included underground fighting and other unsavoury tasks. Regardless the pair also did street performing with elaborate katas and some singing included by Qi, before long she was scouted for an idol franchise. Impressed with Qi's skills in both fields she was recruited and put through the paces and given the gimmick of Martial Arts Idol, a rare niche that could help promote the prowess of martial artists and appeal to those who wanted to see a cute gal that can also kick ass and look great doing it. While Qi has reservations about this the girl can't deny the money is considerable, enough to help her family back home. So with this she embarks into LAW following a promotional tour........
