History: When LAW was first building it's initial roster, the management wanted as wide of a variety of fighters as they could get their hands on. They wanted as many different women of as many different styles as they could get, from the most noble fighter to the dirtiest, most vile woman they could find.
In New York City, in a secret underground fighting club, they found just that.
Victoria Vance had been fighting there for years, and had a reputation as the biggest and baddest bitch in the place. There had been few women who had walked into that club that could stand up to her for long, and even fewer that could actually win against her...and the ones who did manage to win against usually ended up regretting it later. Victoria was an underground queen, and the fight club was her kingdom.
Of course, money talks, and after being offered a rather nice contract by LAW's staff, the woman vacated her throne. Victoria packed it up and moved to Japan, becoming one of the first members of the new LAW federation, planning on extending her reign to this new and unexplored kingdom.
