Story:
Dawn is, in a word, passionate. She has always been devoted to her family whose creed is that if they work hard enough she will succeed! The McDowell's work hard, not smart. Which is precisely what led Dawn to becoming a member of the LAW roster.
Dawn is currently a student at Hokkaido University. A very prestigious school with an incredibly high tuition. Far too high for her hard-luck family to afford on their own. Despite this, Dawn was determined to attend the fancy institution! And so she did what every aspiring student yearning for higher education does, she took out loans. Due to her being a foreigner it was quite difficult to get student aid the traditional way. But don't worry, our little Dawn's story doesn't end here! Luckily (?) for her, she happened upon a generous benefactor who was happy to pay for her school and more! Spurred on by the promise of prosperity, Dawn signed on the dotted line and found herself and her family indebted a not insubstantial amount of money to the Hokkaido Yakuza. Oops.
How was Dawn going to pay this back you ask? Well, luckily for her, the Yakuza have quite a hefty stake in LAW. It wasn't difficult to get a beautiful young girl a contract. Especially a girl who was willing to participate in any kind of match all for the sake of winning back her and her families freedom. Win or lose, every match is a step closer to free education! Or... Something like that.
So now, by day, Dawn is your average university student. But by night! Dawn is a professional (kind of) wrestler for LAW!

Dawn is a kind, confident woman! She believes that hard work will win out in the end! Which is integral to any sort of success, as she has no natural talents. She is not especially clever but holds her personal honor above all else! Dawn would never cheat and is thankful for every opportunity she gets. She is a good person through and through!

Dawn is almost entirely devoid of talent. She grew up watching Sentai shows and that has become the basis for her martial technique. However, she does have a body built for smothers! Dawn relies on simple techniques like camel clutches, body splashes, and boston crabs. What she lacks in power and technique however, she makes up for in passion and endurance. Dawn can take a beating! Which in retrospect... Might not be a positive for her... Dawn is very prideful and thus subject to humiliation. However, this same pride tends to prevent her from tapping out or giving up, even when all hope is lost! It's never over till it's over! What if your opponent pulls their hamstring?! ...Gosh... I hope nobody gets hurt...
