Personality:
Wrestling Style: While being relatively new to wrestling Sakura has found a comfortable level of expertise in more classic wrestling moves and holds. So most of her moves are on the basic side of things and don’t tend to be overly elaborate. But generally she tries to focus on power with grappling and highflying maneuvers being good falls backs to supplement her style.
Preferred matches - Standard, bedroom, Last woman standing, multiple fall matches
Attitude to hentai: Is ok with apartment and bedroom matches but is more apprehensive with outright hentai. Or rather hentai taking place in front of an audience. Basically she’s much more open to it if there isn’t anyone directly watching.

Signature Move: Triple Tenor: A rather simplistic move Sakura will lift an opponent up and slam them down with two consecutive german suplexes before trying to finish off with a deadlift and release german suplex
Sakura Special: Running at an opponent she will leap up and bring her leg around from the side attempting to land a enziguri kick then followed by switching legs and performing a superkick on a dazed or bent over opponent.

Sweet Driver: Grabbing a opponent and lifting them upside down at an angle Sakura will hold onto them by their hand and leg before jumping up and driving them into the mat with a fire and thunder driver.
Sakura Special Shooter: Getting an opponent onto their stomach Sakura will grab an opponent’s legs and cross them over her won. Hooking their ankles she will step backwards, bending the opponent’s legs and back in a classic sharpshooter hold!

History: Sakura Hagiwara was always a popular and well liked girl growing up, largely due to her natural positivty and extroverted nature. Her family life was also extremely good, with her parents being very kind and supportive of anything Sakura showed interest in. As far as school she was an average student, with good grades and excelled in sports like track and field, cheer and dance. The latter in particular was something she really enjoyed and, given her natural likabiloty it was no wonder for anyone when Sakura announcer she wanted to try out for a idol group.
With full blessing and permission from her parents Sakura tried out and aced the audition, making it onto a group of idols with four other girls. Here is where Sakura met her best friend and in the world and unbeknownst to her, rival Elena Miyazawa. The two were instantly connected with one another, especially since both found themselves consistently the two most popular girls of the group. Albeit with Sakura always edging Elena out as the top star.
Sakura being Sakura, never noticed or realized the rivalry or jealousy Elena had towards her, and instead always viewed it as friendly competition. That’s why she didn’t make anything of it when she volunteered to do a photo shoot with a local wrestling gym known as Beserk that was prt of a crossover to get new fans for their group. In Sakura’s mind it was all to help the brand of their idol group, after all Sakura took great pride in what she was doing and only wanted to help it thrive. So when Elena also volunteered for the shoot as well she just assumed her best friend had similar feelings.
The photo shoot itself wasn’t bad at all, in fact Sakura actually liked the idea of wrestling in of itself, after all it was like a rougher one on one version of idol shows. Elena had a similar but more… vocal view of it as well which didn’t sit well with the one of the pro wrestlers that was training nearby. Long story short it led to a… rather quick and humiliating match that resulted in a loss for Elena. But Sakura took exception to the way the wrestler, Rio was talking to not only Elena but their idol group and profession as a whole. So Sakura took a stand for her friend against Rio and challenged her to a match, and in doing so become a official pro wrestler and taking a hiatus from her idol group.
Her match against Rio… while she did her best she eventually lost. But she wouldn’t give up. In spite of it she was determined to pay the woman back. So she joined Berserk and went through their grueling trial of taking a hundred slams and continued to wrestle… and lose. And lose. And lose. Eventually developing a reputation as a jobber due to how weak she was in terms of taking submissions. It started to get to the point where she was near despairing… until she came into her life.
Misaki Toyoda. The ace of Berserk. Had decided to take her under wing, teaching her how to withstand submissions and develop a a finisher. Slowly but surely after that she began to win matches, growing out of her jobber phase and build a confident reputation as a true wrestler! Eventually she even managed to defeat Rio in a gruelling revenge match! But before they could have a tie breaker Sakura found herself targeted by the Blue Panther. A wrestler from a rival gym she eventually found out to be none other than her best friend Elena!
Shocked by this Sakura learned of Elena’s true feelings, and that the girl had wanted to bring Sakura back to their idol group. Leading to a match where if Sakura lost her career as a pro wrestler would be over and she’d be forced to return as a idol! After a long and gruelling match where Elena showed off her own submission proficiency, at the expense of Sakura’s leg, Sakura managed to win. With their dirty laundry aired Sakura forgave Elena and the two reconciled, compromising to be both idols and wrestlers!
Soon after that Sakura got an offer from rising up promotion LAW and she decided to take it in order to promote both her idol group and the Beserk gym on a grander stage! Unfortunately she got injured shortly after her initial debut and was forced to take a hiatus for a while. Luckily however after talking with LAW management they decided to wipe her previous record and allow the girl to start over with a clean slate. Now that she’s fit and good to go Sakura hopes to take LAW by storm!
