Kyoko Akan vs Da Xia - Fight Pit Match for the (unofficial) Belly Belt

There was no resistance, when she slammed into Da Xia both of them were flying through the air and back into the fight pit. The entire crowd held their breath watching them descend with Da Xia backwards and Kyoko falling nearly headfirst. The Belly Queen eventually brought her head up but her shoulder remained in Da Xia's gut before they both finally hit the mat with an unforgettable smack. The last thing Kyoko heard was the crowd gasping while she felt the impact of her latest move her body had landed on it's front instead of on her head thankfully but the impact was only slightly cushioned by Da Xia's body while the rest of her felt a cold shock from the brutal fall that felt like it turned her muscles into jelly. She couldn't react or scream out in pain even when she wanted too, she bounced and fell into Da's own body laying still. For a moment they looked like they both passed out and the ref went over to check convinced she would have to call this match a draw and be done with it until she heard Kyoko stir. In all honestly she might have passed out for a moment, because when she started to move she could barely open her eyes, and was only able to push herself up enough by pushing on Da Xia's chest and rolling off to the side. Her sternum felt agitated which made trying to move or inhale a problem but when the ref went over to her she reacted, showing just enough signs of life to consider her awake.

When she went to Da Xia she got no such signs, no movement even when she checked and no reaction to anything vocal to show she wasn't out cold. Da Xia had taken the spear and been knocked out by the force of it and the fall to her back with the referee standing up and making the call for the bell to ring. "Here's your winner and New Belly Queen Champion...Kyoko Akan!" The call brought her to life, she didn't jump up but her eyes widened in recognition of the words and the crowd actually...cheered! Kyoko thought it must have been a dream but when the ref came by with her belt and placed it next to her she realized that she was awake and this was real...Kyoko Akan had finally gotten back her prize after beating Da Xia, it took 2 years and a lot of hard work but Kyoko had done it after many close calls. She gripped the belt on her and slowly sat up, still unable to stand while she cradled her title belt once again and her face turned to a smile...a happy, non smug smile that people rarely saw on her face when she was out in public.

"I..missed..you..." Was all she could say before she held the belt close to her, feeling tears building up that she tried to wipe away before anyone saw. Eventually she would fall back and keep the belt near her chest, resting with a look of excitement at what she had done. LAW could call it unofficial all they wanted but this win and the feelings she had were real enough to her, a sweet feeling that no other win could give her right now. She had more battles in the future and she doubt Da Xia would let it end here since she couldn't get her to submit like she wanted but all that mattered was today was her day, nothing could take it from her and nothing would bring her down for the next week...not even the next month.
