A lofty young woman from Osaka, Jun's graceful features would make one forget she could slam them to the ground and put on a nasty armbar. Her large, angular eyes appear tender like fresh soil. Her short, ebony hair is neatly combed over her forehead, just above her rounded brows. Her button nose and lithe lips accentuate her cute face, much to Jun's delight. A cursory glance would take notice of her active, fit frame and the modest curves of her bust. To force them off their balance, she mixes her judo experience with pro wrestling throws to wear them down for submission or to knock them out with her wrist-clutch exploder. Jun utilizes traditional judo techniques and counters in the early parts of the match before setting her pace, pulling out more pro-based moves throughout the contest. She's not afraid to take things out of the ring if necessary, though she abstains from using weapons unless the battle allows it.While a technically sound powerhouse, she's not one to go for the air or outpace other wrestlers with her speed, left with just reflexes against high-flyers. While still packing a punch, her striking is limited to what she learned in judo and wrestling, so opponents more experienced in this field would stagger the judoka on her feet. Iwayama doesn't make any grand facade of the kind of woman she is; a bright soul striving to be the best version of herself, finding a balance between her wrestling lifestyle and being her ideal image of a woman. Headstrong, graceful, and honest, she's always open to making new friends in and out of the ring. She competes in LAW to showcase her skills, holding great pride in her judo background and sharing her knowledge with her peers. Yet, even with her talent, she still finds a way to appear modest, often taking compliments with a slight blush.
Even with her earnest nature, Jun is not above fault. She's judgmental toward those she perceives as lazy, a bad habit she admits to but struggles to resolve. An emotional person at her core, it's easy for her to take lighthearted jabs the wrong way, with teasing and unwarranted insults being the few things that genuinely make her angry. Moreover, she's not one to take cheap shots lightly and has difficulty letting go of petty grudges.
Backstory:
Spending her life in Kyoto, Jun was raised in a strict household where she was held to a higher standard than her siblings. Her parents adored the youngest of their children, though she always received the harshest criticism whenever she strayed too far from the family tradition, particularly from her mother. A studious woman up to her teens, Jun felt directionless in her life beyond obeying her elders. During this time, she learned about her school's judo club, giving it a try the next day after her parent's approval. Falling in love with the sport since then, Jun focused on being the top talent among her peers, even entering and dominating several tournaments. After one of these tournaments, she learned about LAW from a close friend, piquing the young lady's interest in pro wrestling despite her parents' protest. Finally taking control of her life, it wasn't long after training before she caught the attention of one of LAW's road agents, immediately signing a deal, eager to wrestle on the grand stage.
