Erin retaliated with a good hit of her own, sending Tina staggering. The redhead smiled at her small victory. If Tina wanted to trade hits, Erin would take that challenge and win it. The blonde was clearly smarter than that though and opted for using some actual strategy. Erin was going to follow up with another punch but her opponent reacted faster than she could. The next thing the Irish brawler knew, her foe had charged right at her and knocked her right off of her feet. "Guuughhh!" Erin groaned as she was forced back and crashed onto the mat. After a brief moment she looked up only to see Tina on top of her and ready to strike.

A flurry of punches rained down on the redhead. The first few caught her completely off guard, slamming into her. Erin cringed and let out a grunt with each punch connecting. They were certainly going to leave a few marks. After what she thought was the third hit at least, Erin raised her arms to block her face. The second she felt the slightest lull in Tina's barrage, Erin would try to land a quick jab to the woman's abs. The last thing she wanted was to just sit there and get pummed in the finals but for now she had no choice but to try and show off her endurance.

Tina wasn't able to stay on top of Erin for long but she did some damage at least, and sent the message that she was no pushover.

Still, the jab to the abdomen surprised Tina. She had to adjust. She got up, bent over slightly as the pain lingered in her abdomen. Tina tried to set herself up to watch as Erin rose to her feet. Tina had to time this right or she would be in trouble.

As Erin rose, Tina swung her foot around, trying to aim a sweeping heel kick right at Erin s face as she got to her feet! If this connected it would have to daze Erin... even if she was tough as nails. However if this missed or was dodge Tina was in a very bad compromised position against a powerhouse!

It wasn't too long before Erin made her way to her feet. She was expecting some retaliation but not nearly as fast as it came. Glancing up towards Tina, the redhead saw a swift kick heading straight for her head. The woman's eyes widened before she immediately ducked in response. The reaction was more out of instinct than anything else but it did the job. Erin felt the kick sail over her head, Tina's foot brushing against her hair. She barely dodged the bullet on that one.

Trying to capitalize on the opening that was now created, Erin lunged forward. She would attempt to get behind Tina before wrapping her arms around the woman's waist. Erin intended on trapping her opponent in the tightest bear hug she could manage, squeezing the air out of the blonde and crushing her foe in her grasp. She doubted she could hold a powerful foe such as Tina in a bearhug for long, but every ounce of strength she could sap from the woman was worth it.

Tina cursed under her breath as her kick missed, knowing that Erin was going to make her pay for this somehow. Sure enough, the tight, crushing grip from behind came and Tina was now being constricted, the pain and agony of the bearhug quickly setting in! She howled in pain and thrashed her head around as Erin once again showed that she was among the strongest women in LAW!

Tina thrashed about and screamed again loudly as the hold was tortuous to say the least! She had to do something otherwise this would be a very quick title match. Out of desperation once again, Tina tried to use her elbows to get her out of trouble, attempting to swing back and connect as many times as she could to the side of Erin's head! Tina was going to fight out of this if it was the last thing she did, the young woman desperate to escape and to try to get back on the offensive once again. There was too much at stake for her to lose, and as good as Erin was, as heavily favored as she was against Tina, it was up to her to show that her upset wins along the way were well earned!

While Erin loved a nice tight hug, she did not love the way people tended to try and escape from them. The first elbow hit her on the side of the shoulder, causing the woman to grunt and just squeeze tighter. The next one however managed to make some contact with her face. "Guugh oww damn it." She mumbled but still refused to let Tina out of her grasp. It wasn't until the third elbow really smacked her in the face that Erin yelped and let go of the blonde. She had held on to the woman for too long and now might have a new bruise to show for it. "Nnng oww...geez!" She yelled before trying to shove Tina away from her. She didn't want to take any more hits while she was trying to get her bearings straight again.

Now that she was a safe distance away from Tina, Erin would ready herself and lock eyes with her foe. "Alright, round two yeh?" She asked. They had both gotten a few hits in so as far as the redhead could tell it was pretty even. They might as well just restart. "Maybe I can make a better entrance?" The Irish lass commented with a quick laugh. Now that she was in the middle of things she was feeling a lot less nervous and willing to joke.

Tina felt relieved to be free, her torso no longer being crushed and tortured by Erin. As Tina stumbled forward she turned and kept her eyes on Erin. The last thing she needed was to leave herself wide open for more offense. However, Erin seemed to want to slow the pace up and restart. Tina smiled and nodded, trying to keep focused on the match. "Sure thing...."

Tina didn't want to slow the pace however. Her speed was going to be what brought her a win and both women knew it. Tina tried to rush right back at Erin after she spoke, jumping up and swinging her legs around as she drew close! Tina wanted the pace of the match to pick up, not slow down. She wanted to keep things moving with strikes, running strikes, and a few high flying strikes with slams sprinkled in. She had to set Erin up before she could hit her with the sweet stuff like a tiger suplex or her favorite, her tiger bomb finisher!

For now, Tina was content to run in and try to plant Erin in the face or upper chest with a running spinning wheel kick! Tina knew if she could get the ball rolling it would be hard for Erin to slow the pace of the match down to a more grinding slam fest, which would clearly favor the powerful Erin.

Erin was fine slowing things down. If it were up to her she'd just keep trading blows with Tina and see who fell down first. That however wasn't on the blonde's agenda. She seemed to want to keep things going and going fast. Before Erin had so much as a chance to try her entrance again the other wrestler was already charging in. Truth be told Erin was a bit upset that her tactic of just charging in was stolen from her. It wasn't however a particularly tough strategy to deal with as she was well aware.

If anyone was going to charge in though it was going to be Erin. She didn't care what the consequences would be. Opting for the straight forward approach the redhead would also run in as Tina had. While she had much less time, a step was all the momentum she needed. Erin would lunge forward with an outstretched arm in an attempt to just crash into Tina. She didn't care if she had to take a hit, as long as she could land the clothesline and take her foe down with her. That would be a victory in her book.

Tina leapt into the air, trying her best to deliver a nasty strike to Erin... but Erin had other ideas. Tina felt the clothesline hit her in the throat, her head whipping back as she again crumpled to the mat in an awkward heap, rolling and coming to a rest on her stomach. She was so out of it that she wasn't sure if her kick connected in any meaningful way to Erin. She had to have hit something as she was mid-air and starting her spin with her legs whipping around. However,r the only thing she was sure of was the fact that Erin absolutely leveled her!

Tina laid there, wondering what she could do. Her speed failing her like that and being sued against her wasn't something she planned on. She couldn't overpower Erin, which was rare for Tina to say about anyone in the middleweight division with her given her own considerable size as well as chiseled frame. Strike for strike was much the same deal. She had to keep moving, and be smarter about it. However, her head was swimming. The world above her spinning. She wouldn't be doing much about anything in her current state.

Deciding to just go right in, Erin attempted to clothesline her foe. The next thing she knew, both of them were on the floor and the redhead had a splitting headache. While she didn't quite realize what happened, Erin could only assume that she took a decent hit while trying to get Tina down to the mat. "Ugh...owww. That was stupid." The brawler groaned as both of her hands held her head in pain. While it most certainly wasn't one of Erin's smarter maneuvers it did manage to do the job. It was a trade she was regretting though as she tried to regain her bearings.

Erin glanced up t see Tina looking just as dazed as she was currently. Seeing as the only other option was to just fall back and wait for a loss, the redhead decided she needed to do something. As such she would slowly make her way over to Tina to keep the match going. She grabbed the woman by the shoulders and started to bring her up to her knees. If she had enough cooperation the redhead would put Tina's head between her thighs and wrap her arms around the woman's waist. It would take another moment and a deep breath to gather some energy but Erin eventually planned on lifting Tina up for a power bumb.

tina had a headache, her torso throbbed and everything just seemed to flat-out hurt. Breathing hurt. She groaned weakly as Erin guided her up and placed her head between her legs. Tina tried to plant her own feet and lift, but by the time she gathered the strength it was too late, she was lift up and sitting on Erin's shoulders.

Tina tried to tighten her legs around Erin's head and screamed as she leaned back with everything she had. She knew a power bomb from Erin would be devastating. She had to fight back somehow. Anyhow. Her attempt at leaning back and gripping Erin's head was intended to send the bigger woman flipping over with a hurricanrana to try to fight her way back into the match!

Hell, if she could flip Erin over and maintain a seated position atop her Tina would try to add to the shock by staying on top for a pin count if she could! Anything to let Erin know she wasn't going to just let herself los this match. It was her opportunity at gold... given how things in this career field were for all Tina knew it could be her only shot ever at a title! She couldn't blow it!
