Personality: As a rather goofy and somewhat egotistical guy, Max is pretty talkative (perhaps too talkative, at times) and easy to interact with. He doesn't at all mind being the center of attention (despite being pretty small compared to his peers), and tends to showboat a lot in the ring. His taunting and showing off is generally friendly in nature, but he can get quite frustrated quite quickly if an opponent consistently shuts him down where he feels like he should be succeeding, and makes his insults a little more personal.
History: Born in Toronto, Canada as the youngest child in a semi-wealthy (Think upper-middle class) family, his mother a retired pro-wrestler, and father the owner of a small chain of mildly successful hotels, Max's childhood isn't the most interesting thing ever. He attended school and did pretty good, took interest in a few sports and performed well enough. With his mother boasting a fairly long match history, it didn't take too long for the other kids to notice, earning him either taunts or admiration depending on who you asked.
Around age 13, Max started to really develop an interest in the sport where his brother and sister were mostly indifferent. Encouraged and assisted by his mother, Max soon found himself on the school team, and part of an under-18s amateur club outside of school. His mother helped him to train (and find the right people to train him), used her fame to get him into various competitions and events, helped him pick an attire, and so on, which eventually gave him something of a reputation as kind of a momma's boy to his rivals and haters.
From there his career went upwards at a steady pace, competing in bigger and bigger events, until he stopped growing before his opponents did, putting him at quite a disadvantage and causing his (up to now, pretty darn good) record to tank into the negative. Frustrated at how often he was being thrown around, and how absurdly hard his matches had become (due in no small part to the complete lack of weight classes at this age), Max very nearly quit the sport. One last push from his mother saw him changing coaches at least twice, and completely re-working his fighting style to adapt to his new circumstances.
A couple of years later, now aged 17 and carrying a better looking (but not great) record, Max started to receive invitations to join the "real" wrestling leagues on the buildup to his eighteenth birthday, and began to sort through them to find the most appealing offer. As it happened, the one he chose was across the Pacific ocean, in Japan. The organisation offered to pay for his flight, and a pretty great salary (with bonuses for every match won) would be more than enough to pay for housing and whatever he needed.
One month, one week, and one birthday later, Max made his appearance on TV for the first time, where he was soundly defeated in just over four minutes by a guy who would later become his tag partner, and top contender to the lightweight championship. While it was a little embarrassing for his first big match to go so poorly, Max was happy enough that his career had come so far that he didn't really mind. Since then, Max has graduated up from being a low-tier jobber, regularly crushed to pad out someone else's record, to a pretty decent mid-tier fighter taking on some semi-famous names from time to time, and finally settled as a good, upper-tier lightweight. Though the title contenders and big names easily run circles around him, he is much closer to the top than the bottom.
As of late, he seems to spend a lot of time hanging around the LAW building, perhaps in anticipation of the rumoured men's league, or perhaps just to become more familiar with his female counterparts.

Fun Facts:
-) Max is the smallest member of his family by quite a large margin. His siblings are all over 6 feet, and try to taunt him over it.
-) Max has something of an unhealthy gaming obsession, and put together his own version of Asuka Hisashi's signature streaming bodysuit after spending some time with her.
-) Max's hair is naturally blue. He doesn't know why. He used to dye it blonde before incorporating it into his "look".
Wrestling Information
Style: Though he could be described as a Jack of all Trades as he is skilled in all aspects of wrestling, Max is mostly dedicated to being as agile as possible, putting him into the high-flyer category. He is very quick, very flexible, and very nimble, and regularly reminds everyone of that. Most of his moves are quick and light, not doing all that much damage on their own, but intended to stun or distract opponents momentarily to give him time to land something stronger.
Strength: ★★ - Short and very light, Max's strength is absolutely not his forte. Even other wrestlers in his weight class will likely overpower him, though lightweight ladies will not have such success.
Stamina: ★★★★ - With his style requiring him to be constantly mobile and pull off a lot of flying, energetic maneuvers, it's not much of a surprise that Max has a set of pretty strong lungs by this point.
Endurance: ★★ - Again, shorter and lighter than a lot of his peers, Max can't take nearly as many hits and doesn't have the fortitude to last all that long when trapped in a hold. Though again, he still may outlast the better women's lightweights.
Speed: ★★★★★ - The main strength of most high-flyers, Max is very quick. A bigger man can no doubt run faster than him and jump higher than him, but Max excels at speed in the ring. His limbs can move lightning fast, and he can change direction at the drop of a hat. He can (and has to) duck and dodge like a pro.
Flexibility: ★★★★★ - A side effect of his training, and perhaps an interest in gymnastics, Max is very flexible and bendy, adding to his abilities in the ring and pleasing a few previous 'opponents', male or female.
Strong vs: High-flyers, female opponents, strikers, lightweights.
Weak vs: Powerhouses, submissions, heavyweights, free food.

Wrestling attire: To the ring, Max dresses in a set of rather tight blue short-shorts, blue knee-high wrestling boots, and matching sets of white knee & elbow pads. From time to time, he'll bring along a set of black thigh-high socks, mostly as a self-deprecating joke and partly because he actually pulls it off pretty well, as some of his fans make fun of him for being rather feminine in appearance.
