A good and a bad reunion

Karin would walk slowly into the 7th heaven looking around a bit nervous. She wasn´t getting out so much lately but right now she was about to meet and old friend of her. The small girl would start walking through the door into the room. There was one table free and Karin wouldn´t waste any time walking over there and sitting down trying to keep that table for her and the other person. The young Japanese would sit there for some time; she would even order herself a soft drink while waiting. Karin was dressed in a normal shirt and a pair of hot pans.

It wouldn´t take long until another woman would enter the bar. This time she was a little bit older than Karin. The woman was wearing a t-shirt and a pair of shorts and also a pair of sunglasses. She would look around for a moment before seeing Karin. A smile would appear on her face while she walked over to the small girl.

“Oh sweet finally how have you been?”, would the mature woman ask while sitting down on the same table as Karin, right across it.

Karin would smile happily when the other woman sit down. “Hey mum… yeah it is going. Not good not bad it is simply going. What about you?”, would the younger woman reply.

The mature woman would take of her glasses and breathe out deeply. “I am just done with the taping of my last film… man was the director a dick!” The mature woman would lean backwards. “no one was making anything right and he was god like… what a idiot!”

After a short moment she would lean forward again looking right into Karin´s eyes. “So tell me dear what is wrong!”
“nothing…”
“oh come on you can´t lie to me! Just tell me…”, would hua push on a bit. Karin would look away from a moment.
“maybe you are watching my matches…”
“of course I am, each and every match!”
“yeah and then maybe you just saw that I wasn´t going with a perfect record… i think i am no good for this sport... maybe it would be better for me if i just quit and open place for a much better fighter”
Hua would smile and reached out with her hand petting her daughter over the head. “Come on sweet don´t be so hard on yourself… you didn´t lose any match you were in! And you are just a beginner unlike all the others how are doing this for a while now! Your time will come to shine as well!”

It had been awhile since the last time she had come here. Here encounter with Tiffany on her mind as she sat in her chair looking around for her food and drink. Part of her didn't want to come here but she loved the food the first time and Tiffany didn't seem like the kind of person to screw her over despite what happened. Still she felt like maybe she was being kept waiting a little too long in this case.

Annoyed she stood up and walked to the top of the bar asking about her food where she was told they were working on it but it would be a little bit longer. "Rnngh.. Fine.." She said as she walked off moving past a familiar face and stopping as she turned back towards Karin. "Well I guess they serve anyone here then huh Karin?"

Karin would suddenly look over to the counter for a short moment, trying to hide her embarrassment. But then she would see another familiar face standing over there. The eyes of the small girl would be ripped wide open in shock when she saw kyoko standing there and looking over to them as well. Karin would try to slide under the table hopping that this mean woman didn´t have seen her yet. She really hoped that the black haired woman would go again soon…

Hua would turn her head and look to what shocked her daughter so much. After seeing Kyoko she would look to Karin. “hey karin isn´t that one of the girls you worked with? Is she one of your friends? Or do you have a crush on her? Why are you behaving so rude?” Hua would turn her head back and wave Kyoko over. “hey there come over and sit a bit with us!”
“No!”

Karin didn't seem to want to notice her at all, thinking if she just said nothing shed go away. Thankfully Kyoko wasn't as in the mood to mess with her as she was getting ready to just walk back to her table before the other, older woman called her to the table much to the visible distress of Karin herself. Smirking she bowed and walked right over, this might be a good way to kill time.

"Thank you miss. She a friend of yours Karen? Sister?" She said looking back at Karin as her smile never left her face, her debut playing through her head. "Have you been training? Working on the flaws I graciously pointed out to you?" She said before looking at Karin's guest. "I'm being rude..I haven't introduced myself. Names Akan Kyoko. I'm a wrestler at LAW and made my debut with her." She said gesturing back to the nervous wrestler.

Karin would start to blush even more and more when kyoko was suddenly following the invitation of her mother. When kyoko was standing at her table she got a smile on her face that was totally driving the fear under her skin. A smile that could hunt someone in their nightmares.
“oh I just saw that you are sitting there all alone… why don´t you sit down on out table…” Hua would give Karin a sign with her head that the young girl should move up the bench a bit to make some room for the new girl. Karin would do this… but she would try to move away as far from Kyoko as possible.
“what a nice little woman, My name is Hua kin… yeah I am kind of Karin´s friend. But more like her mother in some way, I am in a relationship with the real mother of Karin for some time now… I think for over 20 years now…” Karin wouldn´t say anything hoping that this would be over soon and that kyoko would get going again soon.

“and yes I saw you match with my daughter. It was really impressive, really a awsome performence you did there. It looked like you were really knowing what you did in this ring. You showed a good combination of strength and technique, while also looking incredible good the whole time! You have a great body… if you ever want to be part of a big move you call me! Let me ask where did you learn to fight like that? And maybe you could give Karin some lessons… she is pretty new to this all…”

Kyoko nodded her head as she talked with Hua, who she guessed was now Karin's mother-in-law by the sound of it, or the closest thing to it. Giggling as she was complimented by the girl she flicked her hair out of her face. "I appreciate the offer, while I like to think id be good on the big screen I'm not quite sure I have the acting chops to pull it off. Ive always been a bit of a..straight shooter when it comes to things." She said with a shrug before her eyes lingered on Karin who hadn't said anything this entire time. "Well come on Karin you don't want to talk about our match? Or talk at all?"

Though soon after she went back to Hua. "Experience taught me. I knew self defense and could hit pretty hard but one day I took on a girl who kicked my ass, left my abs all sore and red. Though I put up a bit more of a fight then Karin did with me but we cant all be winners early on, next time around I left her worse off, picked up wrestling and Started improving ever since. Ive learned to handle things in the ring, It was the first debut match where I felt like I knew more then my opponent." She said looking at Karin. "Should I list what I saw from you in that match as well? That might help."

Karin would try to ignore the question of the black haired woman throw right at her, telling her to talk about their match as well. The only think Karin wanted to say to Kyoko was to fuck off and leave her alone… but she couldn´t do it in a place like that… in front of her own mother. Hua would listen interested to what this new woman had to tell.
“Wow impressive Story you have there Kyoko. Is it okay for you that I call you Kyoko? I would feel uncomfortable when I had to call you Akan-san… You can simply call me Hua if you want, we don´t really have to be so formal here, after all we are all friends here. And I am really happy to hear that you were able to work your way up to the very top Kyoko. You started out as a punching back and now you are on of the best fighters I have ever seen! What self defense did you learn?”

Hua would turn her head to her own daughter. “See even you friend Kyoko here started out the same way as you, she lost her first ever fight as well. So don´t worry sweet one day you will learn just enough to kick the asses of the other fighters all over the place! Just keep working on it! I believe in you!”

"I'm okay with that, most people call me Kyoko anyway." She said looking at Hua as she talked about her being a punching bag, something that made Kyoko clench her fist but she kept her cheerful demeanor. "Actually no. Unlike Karin I didnt start that way, before that fight I beat several people, mostly bullies but fighters nonetheless. I was sort of a school defender before wrestling. I didn't back down to anybody. And as far as my training I learned the basics of fighting, I especially learned how to knock some heads off."

Still Karin wouldn't talk but that didn't mean Kyoko was done with her as she kept going. "Anyway To help you, don't make challenges that you have no chance of winning. You basically gave me free reign to your belly and then folded in a few punches, showing you didn't have very strong abs, and once I took that out of you were essentially dead weight in the match. And from then I could do whatever I want to you, as I did. The only real offense you got was on me taking too long with one move and then when I countered I went back to destroying you. You don't want to be tossed around every match right?..Unless your...into that stuff."

Karin would blush a bit more. Of course she wasn´t into that stuff… she wanted to win and stand over the body of a beaten opponent, hearing the fans screaming her name out loudly. She was looking forward to this day! Maybe one day she would be able to call herself a champion and someone would hand her a belt with her name on it. But Karin wouldn´t say anything though, she didn´t want to give Kyoko anything more to attack her.

“Hm” Would Hua say. “it might be right that Karin is fighting in leagues over her head sometimes. That she don´t have any chance of winning in the first place. But she is always trying to put up a fight, never quitting, always giving her very best until the very end. She might have not won many matches in her time here but she never quit in a single match or did she give up before the end. She always tried her very best. And don´t you learn more by facing an opponent stronger than you? Learning something by losing? I am pretty sure you don´t learn so much when you put yourself against a weaker opponent you just can walk over… I am pretty sure Karin will become one of the best around here if she just keeps it up… who knows maybe one day she can have a rematch with you and be on the same level as you… maybe even beat you”

Kyoko had been trying to be nice throughout the conversation because there was no need to be outwardly hostile. This chick wasn't a wrestler to her knowledge and Karin honestly wasn't worth that much of her time. The girl barely hurt her and Kyoko bet she could have wrestled a second match right after and been no worse for wear. Though her last few comments ended that.

Kyoko burst into uncontrollable laughter at the notion that Karin could improve that much. "Her? Have you see her? What chance would she have in a fight with me? The girl can barely take a punc you think she can improve when she seems to enjoy getting her ass kicked. Shes not a threat in there to me or anyone else. Just a little thing meant to make us look good and move along."
