Catching up: Ashley and Belinda

Having not heard Belinda talking to her sister on the phone and having somehow not come to the conclusion that Belinda would be relying on her own family for a ride home Ashley was not at all expecting to see Cecilia Northman here. After Ashley accidentally bumped into her breasts and told the woman her own name like an idiot Cecilia would sharply ask Ashley who she was "A-Ashley Lucas, Ma'am!" Fucking hell, Cecilia was intense! Ashley had always thought that the Hardcore Queen gave off an intimidating aura whenever she saw one of her matches, but when she glared right at Ashley it sent a shiver down her spine and caused a nervous sweat to roll down her forehead. The way she was looking at Ashley it was as if she was ready to jump her any second now!

Ashley would speak up, if only to fill the awkward silence, but internally she was praying that Belinda would come back soon "So... did Belinda call you?"

Cecilia would look on at Ashley as she waited for the short-haired blonde to make up her mind on what she was going to say, or at least so the Hardcore Queen guessed. When she presented her name followed by that honorific though Cecilia would raise an eyebrow in confusion. " You don't need to call me Ma'am...." Cecilia let out, her voice clearly sounding a bit irritated at the add-on.

She would roll her eyes then and look around, there was a bit of an awkward silence following those words which was then broken by Ashley. "Yeah. She said you guys needed a ride? Didn't expect to see her buddying up with you so soon after your match. You guys must have hit it off huh?" Cecilia let out, following which she would look around a bit. " Where is Belinda by the by?" Cecilia asked. For someone like here who rarely made friends with anyone she wrestled, the prospect was rather foreign to her, but her younger sister did seem to do that alot....

The awkward silence that ensued between the two seemed to drag on forever, fuelled by Cecilia's annoyance at Ashley's antics and Ashley's embarrassment at how much of an ass she made of herself to the Hardcore Queen. Thankfully Ashley's attempt at making conversation actually bore some fruit and Cecilia responded "Oh, you saw our match? Yeah, I wanted to drink with someone and she was the first person that came to mind" she would say, not because she necessarily thought it was something Cecilia wanted to know rather she was just saying it for the sake of making conversation "She's in the bathroom. Left like a minute after you showed up, so she probably won't be long" or maybe Ashley was saying that because she hoped Belinda would come quick.

Cecilia would look on at Ashley as she explained that situation that led to Belinda and her going out for drinks. It seemed rather normal when she gave it some thought. Neither Belinda or nor Ashley probably knew a lot of people around here in Japan, so it was only fitting that they would go out for drinks. Besides, Belinda was a rather outgoing and friendly girl....

"I see. Still how does it feel to go for drinks with someone you lost to?" Cecilia asked rather bluntly, seemingly trying to see if she could push any buttons and see what kind of reaction she could get out of the girl, though part of her was also genuinely curious. There were plenty of vindictive bitches who played these elaborate games of 5D Chess in their mind, so maybe Ashley was someone who was just faking being friendly.

Cecilia seemed to accept Ashley's answer to her previous question, or at the very least her answer made sense enough for the blonde to not question it further. That being said Cecilia did have another question to ask; namely how she felt about drinking with someone she lost to in the past "Well... it does sting a bit to be reminded of my loss..." she would remark honestly, looking down at her shoes for a moment before returning her gaze "...but I don't hold it against her. We're professional fighters and Belinda beat me fair and square, it's not like she jumped me in the parking lot or something, so I've got no reason to be mad" Ashley explained, feeling somewhat awkward at having to explain her inner thoughts to a near stranger, but since they were talking about her sister Ashley felt that Cecilia was owned an explanation.

Cecilia gave Ashley a narrowed look as she saw Ashley look down on her shoes. She waited to see exactly how Ashley would respond and...it was adequate. At least now she knew that Ashley wasn't doing this for some sort of revenge reason. Though of course she couldn't be sure, but at least she felt that if Ashley was gonna turn on her sister she would do it straight up, not behind Belinda's back. So that was about all she needed to know.

The bigger blonde would give Ashley a rough pat on the shoulder. " Good on you." She said, before she would turn and walk. " I'll wait outside." Cecilia said as she would leave and move out into the parking lot.

A few moments after Cecilia had headed out of the bar, Belinda would make her way back. Approaching Ashley with a bit of a smile as she slide and shifted through the other patrons of the bar. " Hallo~!....She hasn't arrived yet?" Belinda would ask as she looked on at Ashley.

When Cecilia roughly grabbed Ashley by the shoulder the smaller of the two blondes shivered as if an ice cube had run down her back, mentally wondering if she had to be prepared to defend herself from a punch! Of course she didn't, and the grab was actually more of a pat before Ashley's drunken imagination muddled the truth, and instead she just told Ashley she'd wait outside "O-okay..." Ashley would remark, trying to hide how relieved she was that the older Northman was leaving so as to not be rude.

Soon Belinda would return to the table, missing the interaction between Ashley and Cecilia by moments. As she did she would see the very nervous look on Ashley's face as she responded "S-she's waiting outside..." After saying that Ashley would start gathering her stuff in preparation to leave.

Belinda wandered back towards the table and would notice that nervous look on Ashley's face right away. Tilting her head and raising an eyebrow she would have to take a moment to think about what could have caused it. Though when Ashley spoke out, Belinda would let out a rather audible sigh. Shaking her head and walking up to Ashley to give her a pat on the back.

"Let me hear it, what did she do to you?" Belinda let out as she would try and comfort her friend. " Did she give you a noogie? Call you weak?" Belinda spoke out. " She didn't mistake you for me right?" Belinda joked a bit as she would try and make sure Ashley wasn't traumatized by her meeting with her older sister. She knew Cecilia had a certain air to her her...and could be somewhat intimidating, especially if you had heard what type of a wrestler she was back in the States.

When Belinda returned to the table she seemed to be confused by Ashley's fearful expression, only to understand completely when she heard that her sister had been here. Then with a sympathetic pat on the back she'd ask Ashley a few questions that gave the blonde a good idea of what kind of sister Cecilia was "Geez, you're painting a pretty rough picture of your childhood growing up with her, haha" she said this with a laugh, though she was aware that siblings tended to fight a lot as children, and with a big sister like Cecilia that would probably have been quite an uphill battle.

"Uh, actually she did mistake me for you, haha... I think I pissed her off a bit... hahaha" she would say, this time with a laugh that sounded just a little bit too forced. Either way Ashley would start to get ready, clumsily putting on her coat as she dreaded having to face Cecilia again after how much of an ass she had made of herself before.

Belinda joked a bit with Ashley, but it seemed as if things had been a bit more on the mark than she had expected. " It wasn't all bad. She used to beat up bullies for me." Belinda continued to joke, giving Ashley's shoulder a bit of a nudge. " So you know in case you want to start being a bully." Belinda continued to tease Ashley, looking to brighten the slightly glum state Ashley was in.

Though hearing that her sister had mistaken her friend with her caused Belinda to pout for a second and then laugh out. She would slung her arm around Ashley's shoulders and pull her in close. " Come on! Let's get out of here.~" Belinda let out as she would head off with Ashley in tow hopefully.
