History:

Growing up as the child of a single mother, Deanna Duncan was taught to look on the bright side of situations. Because of this, she became popular in school despite her poor upbringing and people gravitated to her. Growing up, she was told by her mother to shine on like a diamond, a phrase that stuck with her for most of her life. It was when she saw the kick ass action of professional wrestling that she decided to pursue it, her mother being supportive the whole way. Eventually, Deanna began to win purses to help her mother out with bills until finally her mother's income was stable enough that she felt confident finally leaving the house to pursue a bigger league.

Deanna ended up in LAW in Japan and when signing with the company, she met up with Cheyenne Black Rock, she became enamored with and practically begged her to be a tag partner, loving that she was nicknamed the "Diamond" and Cheyenne was "Black Rock". Because of this, they became besties and ended up even living together, with Duncan putting all of her faith in Cheyenne, who can withstand her endless talking by being just the best listener.
