Personality:
Gina is haughty and arrogant in the ring. Exuding a presence that lords over her opponent, she enjoys feeling dominant and untouchable. She oozes self-confidence and high amounts of self-worth, and is usually very aggressive against people who attempt to challenge her self-perceived place at the top. Preferring to always get the last laugh in, she will go to extra lengths to knock her opponent out far beyond reasonability, just so they can’t respond when she gets her last comment in.
Outside the ring, however, things are much different. When not “in-character,” she is very refined and humble, being friendly with everyone she meets. She is polite, kind, and shows a sweet disposition when mingling with others. Though she can be a bit competitive and won’t hesitate to talk herself up a bit (as long as it’s all in good fun), overall, she is sweet mannered and rarely holds grudges.
History:
Gina was born into a very wealthy family. Her father was the owner of a major production company, while her mother was a famous mixed-martial artist, well-known all over the globe. Gina was raised in luxury and comfort throughout the majority of her life. She learned how to be prim, proper, and refined all throughout her childhood. However, despite all of that, she was relatively sheltered, and as a result, had very little ambitions or interests to speak of.
Worried for her future, at age 15, her parents started getting her involved in their professional lives. Her father tried to teach her how to run his company, thinking she would make a great heir for him when he retired. Unfortunately, she found the work to be tedious and boring, and never really got the hang of it. She did enjoy the flashiness and acting parts of his company.
Her mother then tried to get her into MMA, thinking maybe one day they could duke it out inside the octagon for a generational battle for the ages. However, Gina could never seem to get a handle on the more technical aspects that it required. She did enjoy the physicality of the sport, though.
Both parents had ultimately failed in their attempts to interest her in either of their careers. But their efforts had not been in vain. Although she had been largely uninterested in both of their careers, she had enjoyed certain aspects of each. Morphing those aspects together into one thing, she finally found herself a passion: wrestling. It was the perfect balance of both physicality of showmanship.
Enrolling in wrestling school, she built her experience up. She spent countless weeks developing a character and persona that she could latch on to: one that allowed her to emulate her inner demons. In the ring, she could be the person she never would dream of being in real life. Through the years that followed, she would become more and more involved in the wrestling community. She would make her presence known to many independent promotions throughout the States, even winning quite a few championships during that time period.
Then, at the height of her Indy career, she got a call from a Japanese organization that was looking for talented wrestlers from around the world to compete in many different varieties of matches. Gina, was all to happy to accept, and after her 26th birthday, she left America to travel to her new wrestling promotion, where she would reside for the foreseeable future.
Now here she is, at the doorstep of LAW, ready to prove her dominance and take the great prizes that await her at the top of the rankings.
